I just order some WM for the first time.

Im adding this to my PP Ultimate Lean Muscle Stack combo w/ Lipoflame & RAW MCC.

I ordered 10lbs of Aussie Casenate & 10lbs of ON Whey, also some INSTONE Pudding and some Carb Sense Bars.

My house looks like a supplement shop :-)

HAHAH I've been there it gets costly I just dropped 90 bucks on the lipo stack a second ago and I still need to order 7lbs of whey thats just to get started.


8 yeah I have been slackin on the ceasin :~/ I hate cottage cheese sooo much it's rough and I keep forgetting it at work. I want to order the ceasin powder but damn all these supps are tappin me out.

almost out of the nolva dermacrine and volumizer which all cost 230 for a month I should be massive for that price!
 
Try something like cream of wheat or rice krispies to jack u up in the morning.

BCAA's are great but you dont need them with protein or meals because you already have complete proteins in. Those BCAAs are branch chain and help to construct proteins. Thing is your gonna take a shake right after the WM. BCAAs are good for PWO and morning or right before bed just try to keep them away from food cause it would be a waste basically.

Drinking creatine with sugar and WM sould in essence actuially help the rate and volume at which the creatine is absorbed so I'd go for it.

However taking Creatine and Glutamine together they tend to fight for cells to utalize for production so I would not mix the glut with the creatine.

I LOVE xsportsnutrition....I just ordered more INSTONE PUDDING from them cuz they get it here in like 2 days! I ordered WM from someone else but I might have to look into getting that stuff from them also. I just started using them a couple months ago! Good prices, GREAT shipping!

Ill have to check out them for some things like WM next time!
