Hey 8 I've been using the Waxy 10 min PWO and Isolate 25 min PWO but also...

Waxy First drink of the morning then 30 min later Isolate cause I use Isolate in the mornings of course, is this a waste or bulking my belly to much per say? Morning Carbs are a good place right? So why wouldnt I use the WM PWO and Mornings?
 
Maybe someone can help me out here..... I'm about to start taking WM... but it seems like doing so with 75g of a sugar source is driving my carbs through the roof... its 75g of empty carbs... Does anyone have a low carb solution to go with the high sugar intake? or is it just something I am going to have to accept and plan my diet around?

Wait where are these 75 sugar carbs coming from?

From my understanding your supposed to take 75g of sugar with ur WM to get the insulin spike that rushes the WM etc to the muscles.

The 75g would be from mixing with juice... crystal light... things like that.

But thats just what I have picked up... I could be wrong/ or missunderstood what I read.

Naw just mix it with water and you'll be fine. The juice is to eliminate the taste which really isnt bad anyhow. I'd just take it with water and you'll be good

Not that I don't believe you... I'm sure you have more knowledge on this than I do. I have just been getting mixed messages on this. Anyone else care to chime in and help me avoid the extra cals? Or is it just that the sugar helps but is not needed?

Wrong. The sugar in the juice is to create an insulin spike in your body, thus transfering everything through the body at a break neck speed. Not using a simple sugar would be conterproductive.

I'm totally confused now. Not sure if I should be taking WM alone or add something to it, everyone seems to have a different answer :evil:

what about adding however BCAA's, glutamine, and creatine to the waxy.

I bought these the first two a while ago for first time, haven't really noticed any benefit, but have to use it anyway, so wondering if this useful way

Thje entire point of using WM is to create an Insulin spike thats why you take it 20 mins before Isolate
