Waxy Maize + Protein Shake

So I just ordered this stuff from nutraplanet and it came in, but I noticed that it didn't have a nutrition info on it, and I was wondering how many scoops I take and how many calories it is.

Secondly, As of right now I do 6 days of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach (only thing i have is eca and multivit prior to working out), but I also plan to add lifting in the evenings mon/wed/fri. Should I be taking waxy maize after just lifting, or anytime i workout? Same goes for protein shake, if I'm working out twice a day should I be taking it twice after both my workouts?

Also, I'm just about out on my protein shake and I'm looking to buy another one. Right now I take Isopure, but the taste is a little bleh and it doesn't seem to mix very well. I was wondering if i should keep taking it or is there a better shake available?

Waxy Maize is about 120 calories a scoop. It has about 30g of carbs per scoop. You should use it POST WEIGHT LIFTING. Mix 75g HGI carbs with 2 scoops of WM along with aminos/creatine. No protein powder. It is too heavy and wont rush through your blood stream as fast. 20 mins later drink a protein shake.

Take a protein shake OR meal post cardio 5-10 min.

It seems that you are doing A LOT of cardio. Are you taking aminos with the eac stack? If not most likely you're tearing down muscle as well as fat.

Isopure is fine. If you don't like the taste try something different. ON is a good, cheap powder.
 
All The Whey tastes GREAT and is fat free and only 1g of carbs. Would be a nice choice with the Waxy!

Well I'm still trying to lose weight. I weighed 292 back in August and I'm 239 right now. Still looking to drop down to the 215-220 range. The only supplements I am taking right now is ECA, Multivitamin, Protein Shake and soon to start on WM. If anyone has any helpful supps for me I'll definately take a look at them.

2 scoops of WM PWO only since your cutting and 15 - 20 mins later Isolate shake.

If you don't like Isopure I use EAS it mixes very well and I dont hate the taste plus I like EAS as a main stream supp as it is.
 
2 scoops of WM only for PWO immediate after workout then 20 minutes later protein shake. u can mix the WM with a little bit of crystal light for flavor.

Any workout? Or just lift? I've gotten both responses but you seem to be good with this stuff.

Why can't you mix the whey with the WM and drink them both right after Workout?

u can if u want. the protein will slow down the absorption of the WM.
