In terms of cortisol release (and working out 45mins-1hour) how do warm-up sets factor in?
I like to do quite a few, to warm up my muscles and potentiate the nervous system (I feel I lift more after doing 4-5 warm-ups) but I'm wondering if I should factor those in terms of workout duration?
