VPX power shock intra workout

I'm a big water drinker when i workout and i slam like half a gallon of water especially between sets on cardio day. I want to improve my workouts, endurance and recovery and water just does not cut it anymore for me. would this VPX power supplement mixed in with my water give me a little bit of a boost during my workouts?
 
no and chugging tons of water before cardio isn't smart either. go to a road race and observe what the top runners do. first off you sip some water beforehand, you never chug it. 2nd you don't drink water during cardio, you sip rinse and spit. putting anything in your stomach during cardio is only going to slow you down and make you sick
 
I would stick to water. It is all your body requires during exercise unless you are a long distance runner where you might need some simple sugars and salt.
