vitamins and urine changing color

Hi, I wonder why this centrum vitamins are making me pee more than usual and I feel a little discomfort on my lower back, it is obviously my kidneys, and my urine is way darker than before, is this normal or should I switch brands? thank you.

B6 will turn it bright yellow, but cannot understand what's going on with you mate?! Is there beet extract in there? Beets can alter urine colour, I believe.

Centrium are a leading brand. I really doubt its the vitamins! Do you have urinary tract symptoms???

yes they can change your urine color.

you want to use a high quality multi, i wouldn't use centrum man. those fancy name brands are just worried about $$$$ and not quality.

Centrum vitamins are pretty much useless. They have an extremely poor absorbability. Hence why your urine becomes a bright yellow. You are just pissing out all the vitamins/minerals.

Centrum uses the absolute cheapest forms of vitamins/minerals possible.

Look for a multi vitamin that contains amino acid chelated minerals. Check out the product ruthless 3d from needtobuildmuscle.com. It's a really good quality multivitamin that isn't expensive at all

Vitamins will change the colour but not the frequency and they will certainly not cause any pain. That is unrelated.
