Very interesting article. This is one of the few supplements I have never really researched in depth. It turns out I was supplementing with it all along by using N2guard.

Another great natural diuretic is dandelion root. It's in N2guard as well.

The problem with all these herbal extracts is that they taste HORRIBLE. You could theoretically just purchase a raw powder and use it like that but you will probably want to throw up with how bad they taste. That's why it's nice to get them in a capsulated supplement like N2guard instead.
