Upper body compound exercises options

I strained my quads on my right leg (weak one) doing squats. It has been two months with pain :(
Besides standing presses, bench presses, dips and chins, what else can I do with spare time while my leg heals?. I thought about inclined bench presses? Or any isolated for a muscle I'm missing?
I won't do anything that will put pressure on my leg so pendlay rows or dealifts are not an option.
Thanks!

what about high pulls / upright rows? i find they beef up my traps / upper back BIG time. you could do Good Mornings to keep your lower back strong while you're not squatting or doing deads.

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't the dips and pull-ups actually work your entire upper body if done properly (with properly I mean added weight if they're too easy, no swinging, no cheating, etc)
Because to be honest, I personally think you'll be giving your upper body a good workout with these while letting your leg heal.

I absolutely hate machines, but they do have a place. I wouldn't let your legs atrophy. Get after some leg curls. They have nothing to do with your quads, and in the end you may even have a higher squat and deadlift. You can also do GHRs, and hypers. Seated cable rows would be a nice add as well.
