Holy dog poop. Well, seeing as though a) you're the first retarded Persian EVER and b) I have since perfected the recipe with the help of Cheffy, here is a MUCH better version:
8oz ANPB
1/4 syrup
1/4 water
12-16 scoops of whey
2 cups oatmeal
Splenda
Cinnamon
(add instant coffee and nuts if you choose)
I just did these and they were perfect. When you are mixing it up it's going to seem like way too much oatmeal and protein powder at first, but it all mixes together very well. I have em in my fridge now. Yes, I know they look like turds but they taste good and most importantly, they keep.
