Ultra Skinny Diet ?

Hi I'm Looking to get ultra skinny.
I'm talking cover model skinny. Iggy Pop and Brad Pitt from Fight Club are the look I'm going for. I'm not looking to add muscle so much but just to get extremely lean
Anyone have any tips on a diet that could do this? I don't want to look all muscled up. I actually think I have too much as it is. Should i drop my protein intake to try and take some off?
Also I've been taking Exenadrine for the past few years on and off and I just finished 3 bottles of Clen. But honestly I could barely tell it was even working. No side effects for the most part? Is that weird? I was taking 140mcg's a day 2 days on/ 2 off.

I'm currently about 5'7" and 150lbs. with 7.5% body fat.

dude, i have the exact same stats as you do, and people take out all their pity on me, trying to feed me, give me free food and all...mom says i'm a male ballerina or something, so...why would you want to be even smaller?
 
I dont want to get too much smaller. 145 or so.
I just think like my arms are too big and muscled up. I just dont want my sleeves to be all tight and make it look like I'm trying to be cool. I think my arms are too big and it makes my shoulders look smaller. It's the stupid upper-inner tricep on my arms that just gets big no matter how little I try to train them. Could be from yoga which i do a lot. But anyways this is the exact opposite of what I want. I want wide shoulders, skinny vany as hell arms, and non-round bulging ab muscles. I'm not a big fan of those so I don't do any ab exercises to build them up.

I think i just need to get down to about 3% bodyfat.
anyways sorry I'm rambling. Thanks for any help with diet or pills I could take that would help me.

You could try some crack, I think the end result look-wise would be on par with what you want.

Just so you know if you could actually achieve 3% bodyfat you'd be one unhealthy individual, especially if you have no muscle mass to speak of. You will bruise easily and have a weakened immune system which will make you catch most likely any minor bug that's going around, not to mention you'll probably be cold all of the time. You may also blow away during a gust of wind and could easily be mistakened for Kate Moss.

The last 2 are joking of course but seriously your goal is assinine. Bodybuilders only reach that kind of low bodyfat for a very short period of time as it just isn't healthy and at least they have some muscle mass to rely on if something bad happens and your body needs to catabolize some tissue for survival. You honestly sound like you're borderline anorexic if you think you're too big. You say your arms are too big but I'm sure 99% of the people would giggle if they saw a picture of your "big" arms.

No one on this board will have much luck influencing what you do with your body but I can tell you anyone that actually supports your goal and tries to take your side on this argument is idiotic. It's just not healthy any way you cut it.
 
ya man im sorry but i read ur post and i thought it was a joke, ur the only guy i have ever heard of that wants his arms to be smaller and wants to lose lean body mass. go to another forum for that dude this ones not for you, and i got news for you, look at the abercrombie swimsuit models man, they aren't ripped to shreds they are simply lean, which u should be at that bf assuming you HAVE muscle. Post a pic man and maybe ur loooking at things the wrong way, 7 percent bodyfat is as low as you should go. Im done now i dont even know what to say.
