Injection on Monday went excellent test and primo into the left delt, seems for me the ventro gultes and the side delts are great Injection sites for me with rotation between the sites, zero issues with those sites.

Rest days Monday/Tuesday then back at it Wednesday-Sunday. I am definitely getting stronger with weights I can move with certain rep ranges.

Today I did Biceps and a few weeks ago I would end on 1 set of 10 at 30lbs or 35lbs today I was able to hit 3x10@30lbs for all my working sets which made me feel good because I increased the weight lifted and reps preformed by 20 more than I could do beforehand.

I also tried Cable curls standing with a Tricep push down bar and I hit 72lbs for 10 so I was pumped about that today.

I had one excellent pump for no food or carbs in me today and my veins in the arms are increasing non pump and pumped.

Overall still on 200/200 weekly for dosages, as much as I want to push this thing and bump it to see what I could attain, I am playing it safer and keeping my doses the same, mainly because I've had zero issues running 1:1 with my gear I've had to use absolutely zero AI even though I have it on hand. Primo even at a small dose of 200mg seems to do the trick for estrogen control for me, i think I developed 3 small pimples total all cycle after 7 weeks so nothing insane or worrisome.

I think going further Primo or masteron will be in my stacks for as they aline with my goals and both can control estrogen quite well so I might keep these in the rotation for the future after my first cycle is complete.

Primo is everything I thought it could and would be after being on for long enough and having experience with it. I feel for just 400mg my progress is pretty dang decent overall.

Honestly I probably played the podcast 10 times when I was deciding on what I was gonna run and thr podcast really made me feel comfortable and confident for a first cycle. I have nothing but fantastic things and appreciation for primo, it really works well for me.
 
That's a LOT of volume for biceps
When I got to a high level of training before starting all over I would do the majority of my body parts with volume like that and I noticed it got me great results over time. I do back off the volume at times as well so I can rest up as well. I understand that isn't for everyone, sometimes I just get into the zone and push when I feel I am able.

The gear is beyond phenomenal, the fact I'm using very little and I am progressing thr way I am speaks volumes about how potent and high quality ugfreak.to & Para Pharma truly are, 100% I am living proof of that no doubt about it.
 
bros how the vascularity on primo?
Imo it is awesome and I've seen much more in the way of that in the gym and outside of it.

any chance of updating us more on your diet changes?
Yeah I definitely can update, truth be told only thing I added in was some quality oatmeal low in carbs and sugar for the days I want to change it up from all veggies for my carb source. Other than that it's 1lb of chicken 1lb of beef 1lb of turkey rounding out the majority of my calories Protein and fats I rarely change how I eat daily. Sometimes I toss in steak once or twice a week

Today was another excellent workout I felt strong I felt on point and overall I was excited because I was able to contiune capitalizing on yesterday and keep myself in the zone today with my training.

I improved my lifts on shurgs/shoulder press and weight increase for side delts today.

Never really tried going over 100lbs on pressing and typically I use the Seated Machine press, today I did a standing shoulder press utilizing the Smith Machine and I was able to hit 170lbs4x1 I shocked myself I was not certain I could hit it, bit damn if I wasn't gonna try it.

I also hit 325lbs2x10 which is a new shurg pr for me utilizing the Smith Machine pumped about that as well.

I can now do 30lb@4x10 for side delts I've improved my reps and weight for those.

Shoulder Press with DBs also went great I can now put up 50lbs and 55lbs for sets of 15 reps that Is a 5rep increase for both weights.

Overall today I felt in the zone all day.

Para pharma gear has been rock solid for me and my progress overall, it still amazes me how so little used mg wise can produce shuch results, all you hear is minimum efficiency is this dose going this low will do nothing for you, well im 200mg under the minimum efficient dose for primo, and well my log proves that you indeed can make solid progress and a big impact by just utilizing a small amount.

Ugfreak.to and para pharma are out here providing me with the tools for hitting my goals over time and I can't say enough great things about para & ugf. I truly hope if anything people see me log and they decide to give Ugf and para a try and see for themselves you won't be disappointed at all.

I feel in time taking the slow low approach is the correct path especially after responding this well with test and primo, I think I am really onto something here and I feel getting a few more cycles under my belt after this one and I stay on point with my nutrition I could really attain that shredded body look I am after in my marathon of a journey. The only thing I could see is maybe test at 250mg with a future cycle just to see and experiment if it is worth it or not, I kind of enjoy the low risk aspect because I can run what I like and not even worry about it.

When i am not in the gym it doesn't even feel like i am on gear and i actually prefer that because it does not interfere with my daily life that way. I have felt excellent majority of my cycle with test and primo side free just working on kicking ace in the gym, it hits hard in the gym when i need it and leaves me alone when outside the gym.

Alright everyone I was saving this workout for a while now because I wanted to let the compounds fully saturate into my system before I attempted this. I know by this point everyone who follows me knows I am all about alot of volume for all my workouts. Today I decided let's try and go for PRs on back lifts and let's do a 5x5 heavy training day today.

I've noticed my strength has been the one major thing that has improved alot each week during my first official cycle, so I thought let's switch this up and hopefully everyone enjoys me doing something different for a change as much as I enjoyed it.

I must start out by saying all my lifts are done with the Smith Machine and just cables or other machines etc, because that is the equipment my gym has, so this might not be impressive or as exciting for all of you as it is for me, I figured hey worth a shot posting my achievements today.

I hit a new pr on all lifts today for this year with back, my strength has really exploded compared to what I could do weeks ago so that feels really good.

I felt on fire today everything was just going up and hitting and getting easier to lift, looking back at my lifts from just trt till now with my current cycle and just my body in general it's a big difference.

I did warm up sets before each lift lock out was preformed during all reps with deadlift and rack pulls the last rep of each set was a lock out and a 5 second hold/pause at the top of the movement.

This day absolutely wrecked me and I am dead tired but it was needed for growth mental and physical plus I wanted to see what was possible on low levels of compounds so I have a starting point with other cycles and mg amounts. I have a method for all this.

I hope you guys enjoy the difference in training I did today and are as amped as I am for how well I feel i preformed today, I wasn't expecting things to go this great today, I just walked in grab the bar and went with how I felt and what I thought I could do today.

I can say with 100% certainty Para Pharma gear run in any amount small or large you will definitely see progress sped up and improvement in rapid increments week 2 week as the cycle goes wrong.

I say this alot because i believe it is true. The para pharma difference makes all the difference and once you experience what i know and have, para pharma will always be the number 1 choice when you run a cycle. I became a believer very quickly and now that i am this far into my cycle, i can say the para difference is fucking real as real as supporting ugfreak.to who I put my full trust and support into and look how far I've come with this source who is top notch every step of the way and went above and beyond, they truly helped make all the difference as well when it came time to doing this and fully committing, I've had nothing but positive messages and encouragement from UGF truly a pleasure working with UGF i can't day enough kind words about that.

0-2 as I meant I can't say enough positive things about ugf ( I guess speed typing while at work trying to post my log does not always work out the best with my few minute break I get 😂
 
Some good numbers
I was happy with it especially considering the last time I did DL or rack pulls was 3 months ago if I remember correctly. I'm limited with what I got, I find my work around with things and I feel this will be beneficial for future cycles to gain numbers so I can compare and contrast.

Great updates on this brother. I love your Para Pharma gear, it looks beautiful.
It truly is exciting everytime I take it out and take photos of it, crisp clean and above all high quality no doubt about it.

This is honestly one of the best logs I've seen in a while. You're very thorough with your information.
I appreciate that brother, I really do take the time throughout the day and collect my most inner thoughts and feelings and try my best to convey them into the log which I treat like a journal, so I put it all out in the open for everyone, I can't give my true experience on cycle if I don't put in the details as best I can.
 
Great update. You really hit a lot of different exercises and you really pushing hard much respect.
I have this fire deep down at my core and I love the grind and the hard work for me this is a passion so even as and average Joe I try to treat this as if I am preparing for competition even though I'm not.
 
My favorites that you did with a standing shoulder, press Smith machine, a lot of people don't do that, but it's very effective. Just don't hurt your shoulder.
When I built really good shoulders and delts alot of it was down utilizing the standing shoulder press, I feel more activation in the muscles by standing, plus holding my core tight works the abdominal area as well so it has the added benefit of working multiple things which I enjoy.

Ceo I don't know brother, that is some wicked hard competition stepping on stage and I don't know if I could compete with those guys, plus running low amounts of gear I am not sure I would stand a chance compared to what alotnof guys run, although it would be fun to experiment and see if I could compete utilizing low amounts of gear vs someone using high amounts, you never know and maybe one day I could attempt stepping on stage.
 
Nice 10 to 15 Repetitions is an excellent idea and I like how you hit 25 repetitions on the shrugs
I try and keep it within reason and I always handle weights I know will be moderately difficult, but at the same time I know I can get quality reps for each rep and set I do. I like to build my endurance as it pays off in a huge way when I do alot of volume at times.

I would like starting this by saying I have no been this sore in a very long time and and the words of Tom platz it feels wonderful, knowing I put in shuch a hard session I feel it is beneficial once in a while tossing those kinds of workouts in trying to force and stimulate new growth for the long term goals I have set for myself.

I had to dial it way back today with the amount of weights I lifted and used today because I'm still recovering from yesterday, nonetheless I pushed my body within the limits I knew I could and I still worked hard today, I can't risk injury so when I put my cns and other aspects under that much stress it is the correct choice backing off.

My focal points today came down with doing certain movements I haven't done in a long time. I decided I would incorporate Incline Barbell chest Press wide grip and narrow grip flat Barbell bench press wide grip and narrow grip.

I felt really good utilizing those movements today somehow I managed at getting up 225lbs on flat bench for 10 reps today which isn't alot but after doing what I did last night I felt that was a quality lift being as tired as I am.

I felt pretty flat today with keeping my carbs under 100g a day it is catching up with me in some aspects which is normal, I had a good workout just was flat with my energy output and endurance today. I was not down or upset about this as it comes and goes like that some days. I still put up a quality session which is what counts.

Down below I posted for my height & weight and my exercise expenditure this is what I should be doing. I know I am under eating, I couldn't eat 2500-2700 calories if I tried I get so full off 3 small meals a day which totals up at 2186 calories a day I am keeping my protein at 255g a day so I am keeping that high.

At rest I burn 2130 calories for my bmr

Para pharma has definitely helped me reach places and complete certain weights for certain reps I never thought I could or would do in the gym, maybe something to do with combining something with testosterone was the edge I needed to excel in the ways I have. This cycle has been super important for growth and understanding and getting a true first hand respect and appreciation for what they are and can do. I am very thankful having the ability with firsthand experience. I also wanted to say thank you for everyone following my log, supporting me and helping me grow. I have found a new passion now with this and I hope to do and continue on with future logs and cycles for myself and the community.

So opening this post today I will say compared with yesterday I came out strong I came out pumped and I put on one hour of quality lifts for leg day today.

I can say I almost felt sick by the end of it lol, I very much enjoy Leg days like that. The one option I have for legs that isn't a Smith Machine is the hammer strength leg Press. Last week when I hit 540ish lbs for 15 I knew I had much more in me and today the gym was not busy so I went for it.

I started with 4 45lb plates each side and worked my way up into 9 45lb plates each side which is 810lbs total weight pushed for 12 quality reps, I definitely feel I could push 1000lbs as 810 went up like butter for me, only down side is only enough room for 9 45lbs on each side. I was excited regardless moving 800lbs today.

I switched up my routine and did leg Press first and back/front Squats last in my workout today and it paid off, after pressing that much weight all my other lifts today went up so damn easy it wasn't even funny. I feel today was just one of those days everything was feeling good everything was clicking.

Typically the arthritis in my right knee bothers me really bad on leg days, today my right knee didn't bother me one bit, I think alot of it is the fact I no longer weigh 245lbs I'm closer into the 200lb range , overall my entire body and mind is starting to feel really good and happy and I am doing way better than when I first started this journey with my logs.

I've always felt my best being closer around 195lbs-210lbs I feel lite I feel well built and I can be more athletic that way.

I had shuch crazy Quad activation today by the time I hit cardio my legs felt pumped out of control and like limp rubbery mess, I loved it though that spent feeling was great lol.

Cardio I did 40 minutes but very slow because my legs wanted to give out on my the entire time but it was worth it, I need to find ways for forcing growth and not do the same machines all the time and not get comfortable, being uncomfortable is when the growth happens the most.

For the first time in months I actually felt comfortable squatting and I hit a 315lb squat for 10, definitely could have added more weight but I didn't, my knee felt good at 315lbs so I stopped at that weight. I immediately went from back squatting into front squat and I was actually able to go lower than the bench and reach full depth, which I was always afraid to do because of my knee, but I needed to try I needed to go for it and keeping front squat at 145lbs I did full range everytime pass the bench seat that Typically I touch and pause on the seat before going back up in the movement.

Those are my thoughts for the day.

So opening this post today I will say compared with yesterday I came out strong I came out pumped and I put on one hour of quality lifts for leg day today.

I can say I almost felt sick by the end of it lol, I very much enjoy Leg days like that. The one option I have for legs that isn't a Smith Machine is the hammer strength leg Press. Last week when I hit 540ish lbs for 15 I knew I had much more in me and today the gym was not busy so I went for it.

I started with 4 45lb plates each side and worked my way up into 9 45lb plates each side which is 810lbs total weight pushed for 12 quality reps, I definitely feel I could push 1000lbs as 810 went up like butter for me, only down side is only enough room for 9 45lbs on each side. I was excited regardless moving 800lbs today.

I switched up my routine and did leg Press first and back/front Squats last in my workout today and it paid off, after pressing that much weight all my other lifts today went up so damn easy it wasn't even funny. I feel today was just one of those days everything was feeling good everything was clicking.

Typically the arthritis in my right knee bothers me really bad on leg days, today my right knee didn't bother me one bit, I think alot of it is the fact I no longer weigh 245lbs I'm closer into the 200lb range , overall my entire body and mind is starting to feel really good and happy and I am doing way better than when I first started this journey with my logs.

I've always felt my best being closer around 195lbs-210lbs I feel lite I feel well built and I can be more athletic that way.

I had shuch crazy Quad activation today by the time I hit cardio my legs felt pumped out of control and like limp rubbery mess, I loved it though that spent feeling was great lol.

Cardio I did 40 minutes but very slow because my legs wanted to give out on my the entire time but it was worth it, I need to find ways for forcing growth and not do the same machines all the time and not get comfortable, being uncomfortable is when the growth happens the most.

For the first time in months I actually felt comfortable squatting and I hit a 315lb squat for 10, definitely could have added more weight but I didn't, my knee felt good at 315lbs so I stopped at that weight. I've been eating the same daily 2186 calories 50-70g carbs 100g of fat 255g of protein 2lbs of lean ground turkey a day 1lb lean Ground Beef 3 cups of veggies 3 meals a day.
 
Are you cycling your diet? Are you keeping your diet and check the whole way?
Yes diet is in check whole way through the entire process, diet has changed a bit since first starting cycle. I have upped protein cut carbs under 100g a day
 
Yeah, he is a big dude. I was surprised when I saw his picture.
I've always tried to look bigger than I am by sculpting my body to look a certain way, im around 215lbs or a little under that weight.
 
How do you feel today? Do you get good energy?
Other than being sore body wise I have good energy I could go hit a workout today on my off day if I wanted to do so. Energy during my entire cycle has been good.

Today is injection day and I've hit a cross roads in my mind, i am sitting here looking at my para pharma bottles and seeing I only have 3 bottles left for my cycle two opened that I've been utilizing and one final unopened bottle of primo.

I keep thinking as I look at the bottles I have enough left and enough time left that I need to see and find out what is possible and what I can achieve for the remainder of my cycle and push myself more than I already have been.

Sitting here looking at the syringe I just loaded up and I can't help but wonder how the muscle will react with taking what I loaded up into it.

This whole cycle I've kept my test at 200mg a week and my primo at 200mg a week. I've come to the decision that pretty soon I will be on just my trt dose and taking time off for proper recovery. I want to push myself so I can look my best with before and after photos for my cycle when it comes to a close.

I am telling everyone this because for the reminder of the cycle I will be utilizing 300mg of primo instead of the 200mg a week I've been on, this jump is nothing crazy, i just know I will have a better more noticeable cosmetic increase at 300mg of primo vs 200mg, with primo being on the more mild side I feel I can make this jump in mg amount, if I find out I can't handle it it immediately goes back down into 200mg a week of primo instead of 300mg a week.

I am not upping the primo to get stronger or achieve anything of that nature I purely want to experiment within reason and see the cosmetic differences between 200 and 300 .

Looking at the syringe I have loaded up 2.4ml right now which would be the most I've ever injected in one shot, I feel the ventro glute would probably be the best place for this injection though I could be wrong about that, I just feel it would be the most logical place for it.

In the syringe I have loaded up 200mg of primo and 100mg of testosterone. I've opted to keep my testosterone dose at the same 200mg a week I see no point in upping my testosterone per week from 200mg. The whole goal of this experiment is to let the primo do the work and have the testosterone in the background complementing the primo.

The goal is shaping the muscles getting lean and vascular as best I can by the end of this cycle. While I know I will have more cycles to run in the future. I want to take full advantage of my first one as I've offen heard more experienced guys say the first cycle is the best cycle, so while my androgen receptors are fresh i want to see what is possible.

I am not getting greedy here the remainder total mg amount per week would go from 400mg combined both compounds into 500mg a week combined with both compounds. I am not being stupid or risky. I am trying to stay grounded and logical with this.

The plan going forward would be Monday 100mg of test 200mg of primo & Friday 100mg test 100mg primo rounding out to 200mg total test a week and 300mg total primo a week.

I never plan on going super high with anything just enough for cosmetic enhancement and some added strength enhancement each cycle, more so leaning on the cosmetic side of things.

Now I've gotten very use to the feeling of pip with 100mg primo and what it feels like for a few days after, nothing bad at all really, so hopefully doing 200mg in one shot of primo won't be a nightmare.

I could always break up the primo in 3 weekly injections m/w/f if I can't handle the pip with my current method.

Maybe alot of you will disagree with me upping 100mg of primo and maybe think I am a complete idiot for doing it, that is OK I welcome all feedback and above all not what I want to hear I like hearing what I need to hear and the facts my feelings don't matter when it comes to needing to be told and hear the truth just how it has to be.

Hopefully this will explain in detail my logical perspective and why I wanted to approach it this way and hopefully I've laid my thoughts out clear enough that this all makes sense for all of you.

So I just got done with the injection into the left ventro glute and even though I was bit nervous injecting a high volume of oil than I am used to doing, surprisingly it went super smooth. I mixed the para pharma test in at 100mg with the para pharma primo at 200mg and it went in buttery smooth not a single issue at all.

Now we sit back and wait for the next 24-48 hours and monitor the level of possible pip with the primo.

I don't know why I was so nervous I played it smart I injected a little stopped counted to 10 and kept repeating that process to ensure I injected extremely slowly to see if that will make a difference in possible pip outcome.

At the end of the day even 2.4ml of para pharma gear is smooth as hell and super easy injection into the muscle.

another reason why I say experience the para pharma difference for yourself. My log speaks for the para pharma difference from week 1 all the way up to this current point.

Wish me luck everyone because if this continues with being smooth than it's 300mg of primo from this point on till cycle is concluded.

as it stands its will be 200 test a week 300 primo a week for a grand total of 500mg a weel combined compounds.

Got myself a nice sirloin steak currently cooking right now for dinner, going to add a few cups of veggies on the side as well.

also made a small pick up at the grocery store today 3lbs lean ground beef 2lbs lean ground tukery and I got my forzen chicken breast in my freezer.

Got all my veggies stock piled as well so we are G2G and for the days I want to switch it up I got some apple cinnamon oatmeal that fits my diet as well for a small change in food once and a while.

Well stocked on my foodogor the week or 2.

One other update I will touch on is this as I navigate this cycle I've running 200mg solo of just test before and I felt OK at best not bad not great just OK.

Adding in the primo has been a game charger I feel good I feel strong my bounce back is better from workouts and day 2 day life. In general I've noticed just a better sense of wellbeing, it is much different than just test solo.

Hard to describe I just know I feel so much happier is the best way I can put this along with higher drive dedication and focus.

I would love to see you give it a run and maybe if u had time a log or post about the experience. The quality is certainly A+ rated having spent more than enough time running para pharma I can comfortably say it is fantastic and worth your time.

I just got everything I need for my next cycle but I got ultima it has been my go to for a while. Going to be running hgh test npp superdrol and proviron for about 12 weeks but the drol will only be 4 weeks and the hgh for a year

That us gonna be a killer cycle brother 💪 no doubt you will see great success with that. I haven't run ultima but I hear and see nothing but great things about ultima
