hey guys, awhile back i posted on how i was trying to lose as much BF as possible prior to a personal event in Florida. well that event is 2 weeks away. i have actually dropped a significant amount of bodyfat, and have gained serious muscle in the past month, but i am not happy with my results. what can i do in the next two weeks to drop my BF as much as possible?
as far as diet goes, i have been eating low carb (sub 35g) with one cheat day a week. supplement wise i am taking a green tea supplement 2x/day, CLA, multivitamin, zinc and one protein shake (isopure) a day (100g of protein, i double scoop it). i recently purchased a creatine ester w/ NOS that i am planning to incorporate in starting Monday (monday is officially 14 days from FL).
here is my workout routine for the next 2 weeks.
