Tricks To Stack Calories Daily?

I am trying to up my calories and was wondering some things you guys eat or take to make it easier. I am not big but am doing around 3500 daily and it's not that easy to go up from here. But doing with alot of junk like McDonalds and shit. I have seen some post about some kind of oil that has alot of calories (flax if Im not mistaken). Also, I am takin in about 250-300 grams of protein 150 thru shakes and rest thru food.

definitely take flax oil every day (for a multitude of reasons)... a good way to increase calories is to eat almonds and almond or peanut butter.... you can also get an EFA (essential fatty acid) powder that you can mix with your protein shakes....I get my from Protein Factory.... I'm assuming you're already getting your complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat)....
 
Yes I do all That already. And the peanut butter right out of the jar everyday. But i will definelty try the other things you mentioned. Thanks NJ
 
muscle milk has a lot of cals in it. i put a scoop of that in my 50g whey shakes. i adds around 300 cals. also i take in two teaspoons of peanut butter with every meal. great way to add 200 cals 16g of good fat, and 8g of protein every few hours. if you are an ecto i can send you my diet if you like.
 
dude just throw whole eggs in with your shakes, not 1 or 2, try 7-8. It will make it taste better and you will get plenty of healthy fats, and protein. It might take a week or so to get used to digesting them, but its worth it. Im drinking this as we speak.

10 whole eggs
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup oatmeal
50 grams dextrose
1 cup of milk
1 scoop all natural peanut butter
10g creatine
2tblsp Flax oil
5g Glutamine

Drink this post workout and you can do it once more in between meals during the day(minus the dextrose and creatine) you can substitute splenda for sweetness. You will get all the calories you need with that one. Be ready to take some monster shits after that one tho
 
ive never calculated totals for that, im gonna guess about 1200 cal's 80-90 grams protein 100 grams carbs 65 grams fat.

god i used to do something soo similar to that

i went a little more psycho though

12 whole eggs
2 packets instant oatmeal
1 cup apple juice
1 MRP packet(I liked the metrx ones)
2 bananas
LARGE scoop PB
flax oil
glutamine


great minds think alike it seems... :beer:
