I am trying to up my calories and was wondering some things you guys eat or take to make it easier. I am not big but am doing around 3500 daily and it's not that easy to go up from here. But doing with alot of junk like McDonalds and shit. I have seen some post about some kind of oil that has alot of calories (flax if Im not mistaken). Also, I am takin in about 250-300 grams of protein 150 thru shakes and rest thru food.
