and as you already know cheating at night is about the worst thing possible (trust me, I share the problem but once you do something for about 21 days it becomes a habit so you should be able to control it)--but is may be harder as GH can play with insulin & thyroid a bit (I think-not sure so you should check with GH bros--may want to see about OTC support for this so it does not exacerbate the night hunger)

And how often and when to do hiit cardio for ME? Ill bet I drop 10lbs by monday just from not cheating and dropping the peps. Fucking ghrp-6 put some ugly weight on my ass...i appeeciate the guidance guys.
 
tren at your bf can be pretty dangerous.
 
Fasted morning cardio will melt the fat off you faster than anything else.
Either do 30-45 min at your target heart rate or do something like interval sprinting. Both work very well.

On non training days I would do cardio 2x but thats me.

Ok but what if I have to train in the morning? And target we talking 65% or 75% max hr?
 
You need to stop cheating. If you can get that under control you should start to see more results. Get some lean protein late to hold you over, but lay off the carbs at night. Most night snacking (cheating) is pure carbs.
 
If you want to use a little fatburner, use some low dose ECA. Monitor your BP and if you're ok stick with that. IMO it's safer than Clen but just as effective and you can dose it a little safer since you don't really have to taper up like you do with clen.

Good luck bro. It's not going to be easy but...with that stack, it will make things a lot easier lol. I'd run more GH than that though dude. My girl is running 3ius a day for recovery from an injury and fat loss. I think 4ius is a really nice solid dose for you since you're a big guy. I'd also raise the test to 200mg. 100mg is fine but I just think 200 is a bit better and will help with everything.
 
And here is an important question.....if I cant do fasted cardio in am whats my best option for evenings?
