Transadermal run - with our old friend BEASTDROL along for the ride

Hey good EF bros - I know there is a hunger for knowledge and experience around some of this transadermal gear so I thought I'd share my experience with a cycle that I worked through with knowledge from EF, other forums, and from Mr Transadermal also.

Here's the plan:

1-4 Beastdrol 20/30/30/30
1-10 Trans Tren Base 50-75 mg per day (grapefruit caps 1x per day)
1-10 Test Cyp (Phizer Pharm) 200mg / week (reg TRT dose is 100, bumping to 200 for cycle)
5-10 T3 50-100mcg per day
5-10 Trans Anavar (MAYBE - haven't decided on this yet)

Supports/Ancillaries:
1-10 N2 Guard
1-10 BLOCKADE by Assault Labs (doubling up on cycle/organ support)
1-10 Caber .5 - 2x per week
1-10 Aromasin 12.5 EOD
1-10 Forma - on hand if needed for bloat, and/or PCT
1-10 HC Generate

PCT
I'm on TRT so not a real formal PCT here.
I am planning on running a bottle of unleashed, and Dspark post cycle, as well as a bottle of T3 PCT from NTBM. As well as continuing on the HCGen.

Diet:
High carbs weeks 1-4 with beast, moving into a CKD type diet for second half.

1-4 - 4000 to 5000 cals shooting for 400-500 grams carbs and 300 protein - I'm doing this as cleanly as possible. Carb sources are mostly oats and fruit. Adding in some potatoes and rice as needed. Proteins are mostly relatively low in fat (chicken, ground turkey, lean ground beef, sirloin/top round steak for meats. Other proteins: greek yogurt, nuts, whole eggs, PB, WTBM and True Nutrition blend powders)

5-10 - 3000 cals, high proteins, moderate to high fats, very low carbs (refeed 1x per week if needed) I'm a little nervous about going low carb on Tren as I've heard you can crash from it, but I have read other opinions to the contrary also. Alas, I'm going to give it a go and if I have to introduce more carbs, then I will do so.

Goals:
Put on some quality size with Beast, then use 2nd half of cycle to cut and lean out. I am an endomorph to the n'th degree so putting on size is a piece of cake for me. However, I am not interested in becoming a whole lot bigger than I already am. Thus, I am not looking to blow up here, but rather put on a few nice KEEPABLE gains without adding too much fat in the process. I have some areas I would like to improve on, which will be my focus rather than just putting on size for the sake of putting on size. Of course the irony here is that I have the genetics to put on size so easily, but I don't want it. If only I could trade genes with some of you ectos out there who want to be big! :)

Ok so here's an update. I have just completed the first week of this cycle. I am up 15lbs....yes, 15lbs. See more on this when I get to the diet, and water/bloat sides below. I have noticed some strength increases in the gym during last week's workouts, probably from Beast I'm guessing. Not crazy increases, but another rep or 2 on most of my lifts. Pumps have been really impressive and I feel pumped up in the morning even before my workouts. Honestly I just feel pumped all day like my muscles are full and tight. Particularly during workouts, my forearms have pumped to an insane amount almost to the point where I lose my grip easily on heavy pull days.

Typical Week of workouts:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Bis/Tris

I tend to stick to weights that keep me in the 10-15 rep range for all lifts. I don't like going overly heavy as I lift alone at home, and also, I don't want to be at greater risk for injury by pushing heavier weights. I have been able to grow with higher reps and I don't plan on changing until I see a reason to.

Cardio:
I'll be lowering my typical load of cardio down to about 4x per week, 45 minutes. This is just to stay in shape. I want to keep my endurance and muscle memory there so when I want to kill the cardio again post cycle it is still there.

Side Effects:

1) Energy - DOWN. Lethargy has been a brutal but not the entire day. Usually later on in the day. I think it is my diet and not superdrol. I have typically been on a lower carb diet for quite a while. Carbs tend to make me lethargic which seems to be contrary to what most folks say, but I always feel best on low carb diets. My workouts have been pretty good despite the lethargy. It is hard to start, but once I get going the energy seems to be there.

2) BLoated like a MF'er. Again, this is diet related I'm nearly positive. I am seriously holding water despite my aromasin and forma usage. I look pregnant, but with some abs...very odd!

3) Headaches - from the superdrol. They were awful days 1-4 or so, but honestly, I haven't had one since so I"m crossing my fingers that I have weathered that storm.

4) Pumps - so far, only good pumps. Nothing that has been a hindrance other than occasional shin splints during cardio....but honestly I deal with that here and there no matter what I"m on, if anything.

Overall sides have been manageable but the bloating really sucks.

Ok, so there's my update. Like I said, I am just starting week 2 and bumping SD to 30mg per day so we'll see how that treats me. I'm already bigger and stronger after 1 week so I'd say that is a damn fine start.

I'll try to give a few updates every week as I have time. I am following gator's protocol for the transadermal application with the addition of the grapefruit extract, which is supposed to help with absorption. I have no affiliations so you will get HONEST feedback from my as my cycle progresses. I have not run injectable tren before, so unfortunately I can't give a comparison there with the transadermal version.

Do u think 300 grams protein is enough? At ur size I think u may need at least another 100 minimum.

Hmmm. Not sure bro. I was going with 1.5 * LBM

Like I said I have no trouble growing and putting on weight so I thought this would be sufficient. Ill be more concerned about protein surplus when in cutting mode; to preserve muscle. While eating in a high calorie surplus with lots of carbs, I feel like 300 is sufficient but I certainly could be wrong.

Took my trans Tren dose and 2 doses of 10mg SD prior to workout at 1:00.

Legs today - again, I don't go heavy due to working out alone and also I am not interested in getting hurt. Also I have no desire to compete so having huge legs are more of a hindrance to me then a benefit as my pants are already tight in the thighs :) That being said I don't want to be completely out of proportion so I still do a pretty intense leg workout.

Took 2 scoops of pre-workout and was ready to give 'er hell.

Dead Lifts:
225 lbs
4 sets x 15 reps

Sqauts:
225 lbs
4 sets x 12 reps

Lunges:
50lb Dumbbells
4 sets x 12 reps

Calf Raises
225lbs barbell
4 sets x 45 reps

Energy was good but the pre=workout had my heart racing more than normal which was not an overly comfortable feeling. Usually I only take 1 scoop on Leg days as the leg workout makes my heart go crazy already. ALso worth noting, my lower back was very pumped during and after this workout. It wasn't a comfortable feeling but it didn't keep me from finishing so no worries there, yet.

This is the same weights and reps I used last week, but it was overall easier this week so my strength and endurance is up. Next week for Legs I'll probably increase the weights or increase the reps closer to failure.

Diet was on point this morning and had an awesome blended shake afterwards of protein powder, banana, blueberries, oats, and greek yogurt....mmmmmm delicious and nice macro split.

No side effects to speak of today - I did piss quite a bit today so I feel like some of my water weight/bloat is subsiding a bit....that would be spectacular as I hate it!!

I am happy overall so far with this cycle although it is still early. I have not noticed any of the 'tren sides' that folks seem to talk about. I always sweat at night so I can't really discern if I"m getting night sweats from tren or not. Nothing else out of the ordinary. Libido seems good, although I'm on caber, HC Gen and Test so I"m not surprised. I have had a relatively low libido and sex drive for my entire life so it is actually above normal as we speak

Shoulders today - 2 scoops stim force pre workout.

Really felt the strength increase today as compared to last week's shoulder day. I had to increase the weights on every lift

Front lateral db raises:
3 sets x 35lbs x 12 reps each arm
Side lateral db raises
3 sets x 25lbs x 12 reps
Back / shoulder db raises (reverse flys)
3 sets x 20 lbs x 18-20 reps

Standing DB military press
4 sets x 75lb dbs x 12-15 reps
Got 15 reps the first 2 sets, 12 the last 2 sets. Good strength increase here I was using 65s last week for same reps.

Shrugs w/ barbell
4 sets x 225lbs x 15 slow reps

I stopped there although I felt like I had energy for more! Didn't want to overtrain and risk pulling something or other injury.

Any other shoulder lifts that might work? I always seem to be wanting more from my shoulder days more than any other body part. I workout at home, and I don't have any machines so I make do with what I have. I can do all the compound lifts and plenty of other things so all in all I have a good set up.

Energy was great today! No lethargy yet and it's 7:00 pm. I was completely crashed at this time yesterday so today I feel much better.

Diet was solid today, 500 grams carbs, 350 protein, 150 fat (ish)

Lots of oats, fruit, eggs, beef, chicken, black beans and rice. And some whey also. Came I'm around 4500 calories.

Bloat seems better today as well. It was awful the first week but my body seems to be adjusting and changing course. Headaches have not come back and no other side effects to speak of at this point.

All in all things seem to be going well!

I think it is hard to say at this point if/how the transdermal tren is working. I'm 1.5 weeks in, and there have been some very nice strength, size, and pumps already noticeable. However at this point I'm assuming this is due to the superdrol (oral beastdrol). Certainly the tren could be working but I'm not experienced enough to be able to decipher which compound might be doing what. Also, I've never taken regular injectable tren so I can't do a comparison.

I think the second half of the cycle will really be telling as to the effectiveness of the transdermal tren.
 
Are the sides pretty bad? With superdrol and tren together?

The only sides I've dealt with at this point are headaches, bloat, and lethargy. I believe the headaches and lethargy are from the SD, and the bloat from the change in diet.

The headaches have subsided, and the lethargy is hit or miss.....so all in all, sides are pretty minimal at this point.

I was a little nervous to run SD and tren together but I got some great feedback from some bros that have run this combination as far as results, and also that sides were no different running them together.

I took the extra measure of adding in a second cycle support supp in conjunction with N2 guard to hopefully get out in front of potential sides.

I have only just begun the cycle, but since SD and the trans version of tren are supposed to both be very fast acting, I think I would have noticed already if the sides were going to be too much for me. The headaches the first couple days nearly got me to drop beast but I'm glad I pushed through because honestly I have not had a headache since.

Crossing my fingers that things stay the way they are going and everything remains manageable.
 
You should be sweating alot more with the tren. I noticed that anyways my first run which was this summer. Some nights had trouble sleeping but it was worth the gains I got

I've pretty much been sweating non stop for my entire adult life so it would be hard to tell . Seriously I always feel overheated and always seem to be sweating, particularly at night even with this robocop 500 hp turbo fan by my bed.

I also have trouble falling asleep in general so I havnt noticed anything out of the ordinary since starting the cycle. In fact, im having trouble sleeping right now. Seems I've been experiencing tren-esque sides my entire life!

Ok im about to try a transdermal test cycle and just asking everyone using transdermals to try to get an idea of potency. Guess im just gonna have to do a little experimentation

Yes - using the protocol recommended by the source. Shave, alcohol, rotate sites, etc. also taking these grapefruit caps which he says may increase the absorption rate. So I think I'm doing all I can to get the best absorption possible. Thanks

Arms today - 5th workout of week - glamour workout. I usually do arms on day 5, or double up a body part I feel is lacking

Still on 30mg SD and 50-75 tren ED

Bis

DUmbbell 21s -
3 sets x 35 lb dbs
Standing db curls -
3 sets x 12 reps x 45lbs dbs
DB hammer curls
3 sets x 12 reps x 40s

Tris

Standing overhead DB extentions
4 sets x 15 reps x 35s
Skull crushers (ez curl bar)
4 sets x 15 reps x 85lbs

30 minute jog (5k)

Now these weights might not seem too high but if I go with higher weights I get much less focused burn and pumps. With arm exercises I go very slow with perfect form to really get the pumps and the burn right on the muscle heads. Speaking of pumps.....holy shiiiite my arms were pumped up today. I couldn't even shower afterwards cause my arms and forearms were so tight. I have never had pumps to this extreme before. Must be the SD as I've heard that is a common effect.

BTW, I measured my arms this morning and they were pushing 18.5. Almost a full half inch bigger than pre cycle. Could be partially due to holding some water but i dont think my arms are holding much. I was encouraged by that.

Diet was on point, similar to yesterday.

Sides
Still pretty bloated up. I am nearly positive this is only due to high carb diet and not due to any drugs. My body just doesn't do carbs well. They do not get along.

Other than that felt great today. Good energy, no lethargy, no headaches, and no other negative sides to speak of.

I am going to keep loading the carbs until the end of week 4 as per the plan, But I have to say I'm super excited for that day to arrive and I can get back to a low carb diet. I feel so much better with out the carbs.

Today was supposed to be an off day, but I felt terrific today so decided to go at it again today. Also, my weekend is pretty busy and I didn't want to risk potentially going 3 days in a row without lifting...thus, here we go....

chest day:

Flat bench DBs
4 sets x 95 lbs x 15 reps (last 2 sets could only get 12 reps)

Incline bench DBs
4 sets x 75 lbs x 15 reps

Wide flys
4 sets x 45 lbs x 15 reps

That's all for today. I rotate between barbell and dumbbell for the bench movements...I'll usually go 2 months BB then 2 months DB....or something along those lines to change it up.

Energy was great all through out workout and pumps were intense! again my forearms were super pumped up, which is odd on a push day with little gripping....yet never the less, they were jacked up.

Strength was noticeably up this week relative to last week's chest workout. I used 10lbs heavier on the DB's (each) for flat and incline, and 5lbs heavier on the flys....still did the same amount of reps as usually so strength is definitely up.

30 minute run afterwards (5k) - some shin/calf pumps but was able to push through.

SIDE EFFECTS - minimal! no headaches, no lethargy, no hair shedding....definitely feeling hot during the days.....body temp seems higher, generally speaking...like a similar feeling when you are on T3 (although i'm not), so I'm thinking that is an effect from the tren.

Pumps are there but they have been mostly positive at this point...ie, no crippling leg or back pumps...

Shoulder joints had some pain during workout so I'm looking forward to a couple off days here for the weekend.

Day off from all workouts today. Attended a shrek theater production with my 5 year old daughter them can home and took a nap.....what a wonderful Saturday.

No negative sides today; headaches, lethargy or otherwise. I am starting my 3rd weeks Monday so half way through the beastdrol section of the cycle. Ill getting blood pressure checked to see how that is reacting.....although I havnt felt any effects of high Bp I still want to get it checked. Probably should be doing this more often on cycle. Ill plan on at least weekly. Hell, maybe ill just pick up a meter and do it daily. But blockade and n2guard seem to be doing their jobs well.

Pretty awful day today. Was pretty busy at work today (not sure how you guys can handle these 8 hour work days :))....energy was terrible. Lethargy was killing me today. Also had no appetite. I am still bloated as f*** too.

It was my back day which is typically one of my hardest days and also one of my weakest body parts so I have been trying to kill back day. So feeling the way I did today really pissed me off. I force fed myself a few meals but my cals were low today and not very quality either.

I pushed through my workout but it was not pleasant.

Pull ups 3 sets
Chin ups 3 sets
Upright db rows 3 sets
Back flys 3 sets

The weights were down cause my energy was in the toilet; but I pushed through and finished.

I took 2 scoops pre workout and even 2 atomic tabs mid workout and still nothing. Just drained

Oh well - mama said there'd be days like this. :(

Felt pretty awful again today. Just tired and blah all day. Even with the test base this lethargy is brutal. Wasn't really bad until this week; week 3.

Got my butt going anyway and hit up legs today. Again, I don't hit legs heavy (see previous posts). I just do moderate weights, higher reps. The legs do t blow up but they stay in shape and the pumps are sweet with the higher reps.

Deads

4 sets x 15 reps x 225 lbs

Squats

4 sets x 12 reps x 225

Lunges

3 sets x 16 reps x 50 lb dumb bells

Calf raises

3 sets x 45 reps x 225

Got through the workout but it wasn't easy. Was tired and lethargic. Heart rate was high and I wasn't really comfortable going too intense. Back pumps were very insane today but didn't effect my workout, although they were uncomfortable for sure.

Weight and strength have been up, but still bloated as hell. I just can't do these high carbs ( which are probably moderate by most of you guys' standards). I'm sticking with current diet plan until end of week 4. I can't wait to take these carbs out of my diet. Anyone else have similar reactions to higher carb diets?

Anyways, pushing on. I definitely am looking big and lots of folks are commenting on my increase in size. Most notably my shoulders and traps have blown up.

Felt better today! No lethargy and just felt better in general. Not surprisingly, my workout followed suit and went well. I did feel some things going on in my shoulders that weren't comfortable - joint discomfort, tendons, etc. body was telling me to take it easy a bit so I listened and didn't raise the weights too high.

Front lateral db raises:

3 sets x 25lbs x 12 reps
Back / shoulder db raises (reverse flys)
3 sets x 20 lbs x 18-20 reps

1 super set x 50lb dbs x 30 reps....felt like feathers seriously.

Strength was good and cod have pushed more weight and more reps, but was a bit timid due to fear of injury.

Diet was good. Hit macros well with high carbs. Not enough calories I'm sure cause my appetite has been very suppressed on the beastdrol.

I've definitely put on some size. After workout today my shoulders and traps were very big. Pumps were crazy. This is the first time I've ever felt a pump in my rear delts.

Overall, it was a pretty good day

Wow this SUperdrol really does kill the appetite. I don't think I've felt hunger in 2 weeks. Eating has been a chore. Why can't I feel like this when trying to cut? :)
 
Taking a couple days off superdrol to see if it will help. I'm nearly three weeks through it, and as much as if like to finish the 4 weeks, it's not worth feeling this shitty. Even with test base and 2x the support supps. The lethargy and appetite are brutal. I'm gonna take 2 days off the beast and then decide whether or not to do the last week, or just keep rolling with the tren/test alone.

Had to experience the beast for myself at least once.....probably will be my last but glad I gave it a go!

Adding in a N2Bulk shake or Scivation Mass Gainer will help you get those extra calories and macros since you having decreased appetite. This would be a good time to incorporate a quality meal replacement shake when you feel you just can't stomach any more whole foods. Obviously, whole foods are better than shakes but it could be a good option for you.
