If I was you I would keep putting on the mass for a while. Even 200 lbs lean you will look skinny at your height. 1800 calories a day? Seriously? You'll get sick! By the sounds of things you are losing muscle and your body is hanging on to those fat stores while the famine rages. This is your worst possible scenario. Call off the cutting for a week anyway while you get a plan together.
Vortexx, got to agree that the German Volume Training melts off the fat at a brutal rate, and I only did it for squats once a week, doing it for all exercises is not for the chemically unfortified!
