Your prep will effectively start NOW and we will break this prep down into multiple phases, we are now in PHASE 1.
The purpose of this phase is to CONTINUE building lean muscle use MINIMAL gear whilst we do so and to get you PRIMED for when PHASE 2 begins, where will CONTINUE to gain muscle WHILE shredding body fat!
I want to fucking WIN THIS thing with you brother, no messing around WHATSOEVER.
If we do this properly your condition should be ELITE and we will create an opportunity to GROW INTO the show!

Food Macros(Flexible foods for now)

NON TRAINING DAYS (LOW CARB)
230-240g protein per day / 240 - 250g carb per day / 65-70g fat per day
TRAINING DAYS (HIGH CARB)
210-220g protein per day / 540-550g carb per day / 50-55g fat per day
WATER

You will want to get in around 4-5 liters of water per day and add at 0.5-1g of sea salt or pink himalayan salt or celtic salt to EACH meal.
GUT HEALTH

First thing on empty stomach
10g L glutamine powder
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
50ml organic lemon juice
50ml aloe vera juice
Taking this mixed TOGETHER in warm water is ESSENTIAL.
During the day
1 tablespoon of sauerkraut or kimchi with 2 to 3 meals per day.
ANCILLARIES

600mg NAC
8,000 FUs of Nattokinasse
1 Tablespoon Blackseed oil (virgin cold pressed)
With meal 1 and 4:-
2000mg omega 3 or Krill oil
4000iu vit d3 + K2
800mg curcumin
100mg Ubiquinol
100mg Pregnenolone (only take with meal 1)
10mg PQQ
Before bed:-
300mg L-Theanine (will help big time with sleep)
500mg calcium
200 mg magnesium (glycinate imo the BEST)
50mg zinc
Note:- I would also HIGHLY advise getting in 10g creatine and 25-30g EAAS on your non training/ rest days too!

SLU-PPP Inj 1 mg daily
TB-500 5 mg every 5 days
Reta 2.5 mg Monday morning
Now onTRAINING days
PRE workout before each shake start with 6 iu Insulin (can take this literally before shake) with 80g carb shake(cyclic dextrin very good) (add to this 10-15g EAAS, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine) around 45 mins to 1 hour pre workout
CARDIO

You must get in all CARDIO before you check in, weight is taken FIRST thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Cardio this upcoming week will be a total of 6 sessions:-
3 x 45 mins STEADY state cardio (Fast pace walking zone 2 is IDEAL for this)
3 x 6 mins HIIT cardio (use the ASSAULT bike, ROWER or even better for this stage SKI ERG , 20 seconds ALL OUT, 40 seconds just peddling active rest) Ideal to do this POST workout
