@liftedlivingwithlegacy building a house is amazing, and I'm sure that you will be front and center, making sure it gets built correctly. Sounds like a very fun situation. Look forward to following your next phase in your journey
It’s going to be my show home! Being the contractor i’m able to implement the standards i want and groom the crew to those standards! Will take a little work probably some firing, but that’s what’s going to separate me from other builders! That attention to detail, that most of the target buyers are use to! I also specialize in decorative concrete floors, counters, shower surrounds, so will be able to showcase that in my home! Those pretty epoxy floors u see in high end builds with no grout lines i can install that a far better product for cheaper on the material! Definitely a demand with all these resorts! @stevesmi

@liftedlivingwithlegacy Bros, you're living the life that everyone else wishes they lived. Sounds like a good mix of food, too. Rice, fish, and chicken sound like something I could eat every day.
Being down here in paradise just strips everything back to the basics. Fresh food, sunshine, family, movement, purpose. No distractions, no bullshit. I’ve stopped fighting the process and just let God’s plan do its thing instead of trying to force myself into something He never needed me to be. Once I did that, everything started falling into place!

It probably looks wild from the outside, but it’s really just years of eating shit, staying consistent, and finally lining life up with what actually matters. Simple food, hard training, low noise. That combo fixes a lot more than just physique. @ceo

I'd do that for bench and hate it never mind legs lol
😂 I feel that 100%. I dread leg day days in advance. At this point it’s not about loving it, it’s about knowing it has to get done. Legs need to be absolutely wrecked to grow, especially at 40.

I’m past the point of chasing stupid weight and beating up my knees just to say I squatted heavy. I torch the quads first, then use machines and accessories to finish them off and really target inner/outer sweep without destroying my joints. It’s brutal, it works, and it keeps me healthy enough to train consistently.

Still hate every second of it though. @SteveMobsterG

this is a really good update @liftedlivingwithlegacy . Building a house sounds like a lot of fun. I was an engineer myself, so I used to build a lot of things, mostly things at theme parks though.
Will have to pick ur brain one day! We are super excited about building the house. Hopefully foundation and work starts soon.

We did bounce the idea of buying 135 acres and building an all inclusive golf resort! Full water park for kids, dad gets to go play a 18 hole 9 fairways! Mom has a full blown spa! Build a resort and some condos for sale and wrap multi million dollar homes around the fairways! @Ulter

very exciting man. I built my own home as well years ago, but I lost it during the housing crash.

So you want to be a developer, it sounds like.

I swear i’ve seen the difference in my face from the GHKC-U, less oily skin, the pores have started to close, all around i believe a definite add on. The Mots i enjoy too def get a boost of energy and clarity ! Gotta stay healthy and keep care of the systems! @ROIDDERS
do you just inject the GHK anywhere? Do you just inject it like in your stomach fat or do you inject it closer to where you want it to work?
Same thing with the mots C. Do you inject it just anywhere?

Hit shoulders and arms yesterday, absolute fire session. Pumps were ridiculous and I’m definitely feeling it today. That deep soreness that lets you know the work was done right.

Spent some time at the beach for lunch and evening before training. A good friend from the States came into town to stay for a bit, so we linked up, caught up, and just enjoyed being outside. That balance is hard to beat right now.

We’re getting the kids set up for half days at school starting Monday. It gives them time to meet local kids, build friendships, and burn off some energy, while still allowing me to keep structure with our homeschool curriculum when they’re home. Best of both worlds, social growth and intentional education.

Trained my first two clients here and both sessions went great. One of them is fully locked in,already wrote out everything she ate and did. That level of commitment makes coaching easy and results inevitable.

Handled some admin early today dealing with the trucking business back in the States, moving things over to Texas, getting paperwork signed, and finalizing the Disabled Veteran identifier. Slowly closing old chapters.

Things are moving steady. Boot camp kicks off at the beginning of January and we already have five or six girls locked in. That’ll help build momentum at the gym and create a solid foundation moving forward.

Making a small adjustment on the gear side as well. Pulling a few things back to let receptors calm down, keeping it simple with test cyp 60mg, mast 40-60mg and 6ius GH for now daily. Letting bloodwork guide the next steps and possibly running EQ quietly in the background. Saving some firepower for the show mid next year. Still running Peptide Stack!

Everything’s coming together piece by piece. Staying patient, staying consistent, and trusting the process.

A completely different person! My son asked me the other day, Daddy why do u yell less and ur calmer here then in Austin, I about pulled over the car just to give him a. hug and kiss! @ceo
Bros, you said on the podcast I listened to it that you're not so crazy running around now in a simpler lifestyle. So I get that for sure. It's like being in a bad business relationship and then selling your share and getting out. you feel free

Did chest yesterday and it was a solid session.
Cable chest flyes 4x15
Incline bench 4x20
Flat dumbbell press 3x12–15
Low to high cable flyes 3x20 to finish and really flood the chest

Good day overall. Planning and structure are finally coming together and meals are actually going down easy again. Morning shake is back in now that I finally got a container of protein powder that was in my car, one of the drivers grabbed it for me. Breakfast has been flour tortillas, lunch corn tortillas, dinner rice with ground beef. Simple, digestible, consistent. Still waiting on the rest of my vehicle to clear customs, all my other gear, supplements, and ancillaries are in there, but making it work with what I’ve got.

Gear is getting simplified. Dropping most compounds and just running test around 60 mg daily with mast E about 50 mg daily. Body feels good, stress coming down, and I want to see what bloods look like staying cleaner for a bit.

Vitals are solid. Blood pressure sitting around 118/72 and fasted blood sugar was 89 this morning. Exactly where I want them.

Training a client tomorrow morning at 6:30, so fasted cardio will start at 6 AM walking the beach before that. Consistency is the priority now. Gym partner is doing great too, he’s one of my clients and it’s been huge having someone there to push and be pushed.

Headed out to the islands today, picked up a project management role on a build at Coco Plum. Going to grab photos and video while we’re out there and share some of it later.

Stopped at the store yesterday and grabbed some steaks. Funny enough, I was asked on the podcast what a good steak costs out here. Picked up a 1-inch, 16 oz sirloin for $9 USD. Hard to beat that. @stevesmi @SteveMobsterG

Got a lil carried away with the house plans! But this is what the design we have for now! probably come off about 1000sqft make it more like 2800-3000 then 4000sqft!

Slowly but surely everything’s lining up.

Had a really good day overall. Got up and knocked out fasted cardio first thing. Trained two clients in the morning and ran my first women’s boot camp class today. Had five women show up and it was a legit workout. Everyone left breathing heavy and fired up, which felt good. Solid turnout and a good start. Still managed and got my workout in tonight!

Also got out to Coco Plum Resort on Manta Island this past weekend, to check it out. Absolutely beautiful spot and the hospitality was unreal, treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Really cool experience getting eyes on the island and seeing what’s being built out there. Definitely one of those moments where you step back and appreciate where life’s at right now.

Putting together a bid for our first official build down here, which is wild to say. It’s a mini putt-putt course on Coco Plum Island. Never thought I’d be saying that a year ago.

Still waiting on the vehicle to clear the border. Going on almost three weeks now and all my ancillaries and gear are in there, which is frustrating, but it is what it is.

Just going to keep moving forward one day at a time. Training, building, filming content, and actually enjoying life while doing it.

Did chest yesterday and it was a solid pump-focused session. Working with what I’ve got equipment-wise and just making it count.

DB Incline Press 4x30 (only 45s available so had to get creative and chase the pump)
DB Incline Fly 4x15
DB Flat Bench 4x20 with rest-pause on the last 10 of each set
DB Pullover 3x10 (performed carefully with a deep stretch, staying mindful of the hernia)

Overall a good day. Found out I’ll probably need to fly back to the States to get an FBI background check done to finish up my residency here. Frustrating it wasn’t caught earlier in immigration, but it is what it is. Hopefully the vehicle clears customs today, that’s a big one.

Trained clients in the morning, wrapped that up, and still got my own workout in later in the evening. Long days but productive ones.

Meals stayed the same as yesterday and they’re finally going down easier. Appetite is coming back. We’ve got a nanny starting today who’s very solid in the kitchen, so food consistency should get even better. 225 is the target and we’re moving back toward it. Banana bread and pound cake will definitely be making appearances.

Picked up a comal yesterday, that’s what they use out here to cook tortillas on. Basically a flat steel griddle. Perfect for tortillas, pancakes, and anything quick and simple.

Weight was 207 fasted this morning. Finally starting to climb back up.

Vitals this morning were good. Blood pressure was 118/76 and fasted blood sugar came in at 90.

Also linking up with a local doctor to see pricing and options for getting bloodwork drawn here. Just gathering info and taking it one step at a time.

Not expecting perfection. Just getting a little better each day. We’re moving forward with work, training, and life out here. Things are lining up how they’re supposed to, and I’m done fighting it.

Oh not only do we have stray dogs we got Stray Horses, duckers just walk all over town and randomly kids jump on em like it’s a bike left on the street. Ride the shit out of it up and down the blocks and then just get off and left it be!
