This is a hell of a workout routine you put together. I like the overhand machine rose and I like the seated cable rows. Those are really fun to do. @liftedlivingwithlegacy

Appreciate that brother. I’ve been loving those movements lately, especially the overhand rows. They light my whole upper back on fire in a good way. Seated cables are a staple for me too. Just trying to keep the sessions solid while life’s chaotic right now.

Nah bro talking about my tooth. Had to get a permanent crown put in, temp installed and permanent on order! . Dentist was actually shocked how fast the gum line and everything was healing up thanks to that Wolverine Stack from

It can be restrictive there in terms of laws etc but is a beautiful place.

Facts on that. Some things move slower out there but the trade off in peace and quality of life is worth it to me

Belize is unreal man. If you ever want info on areas, cost, or what it’s really like day to day I got you. Been back and forth a while now, and are residents of the country!
