Should I do all 3 ab exercises on the ab day? Or just 1? They target different parts, crunches, reverse crunches, standing side crunches so just doing one I don't think would be good.
I was thinking of doing all 3 on Ab day for DC (with quads, biceps, forearms, etc.) and 1 x 15 for each, strict form. Should I do more?
