I do my biceps after chest and i switch up with 2 routines
Routine A:
Barbell Curls 10 8 6
Seated Alt DB curls 12 10 8
Rope hammer curls 10 8
Routine B:
EZ Bar Preacher Curls 12 10 8
Lying Cable Curls 10 8
Hammer Curls 12 10 8
I use to only do 2 exr. with 6 sets but I stopped seeing good results and my intensity was intense so i decided to add another exr.
