Today's workout

I'm not one to continue with something I don't enjoy when it comes to working out. If I'm not having fun then its not worth my time. I love working out, afterall. So, bye bye to my full body workout. It only lasted a few days, but that was enough for me.

So, today... Back to basics.

Snatch grip deadlifts
132 x 3
154 x 3
176 x 3
198 x 3
220 x 3
242 x 3
253 x 3 PR

Chin-ups, supinated shoulder width grip:
BW x 5 x 5 - Easy!

Reverse Pushups, pronated using my bench press width grip:
BW x 5 x 5

Not bad. Really fired up about the heavy (relatively speaking!) stuff again.
 
Thanks. One more rep and I would've dropped the bar. With conventional deads I've only started using the alternate grip very recently, and I still have both hands pronated when I do rack deads. Maybe this has helped my grip. Do plenty of chins too. Never used straps in my life.
