TITAN Training...update...WAHOO..I LOVE this SH@#!

MONSTAR what's up dude! Welp, it's Thursday night in Pittsburgh, PA and I'm about to die...but I LOVE IT! Muscle Rounds today...Squats, deadlifts, calves and BENCH...did 3 muscle round sets on flat bench and did the last round with weighted dips. Really liked the weighted dips at the end.

Gains have slowed down now. 2 more weeks and I go into the specialization weeks. Will probably do 2 days of chest specialization and 2 days of muscle rounds... not sure though...

All in all, still lovin' the workout. Lookin' bigger, gettin' compliments, most important feelin' great! Feel strong as I've ever felt, and healthy as I've ever felt. Hardest part of this workout isn't the workout itself...I LOVE beatin' myself at the gym. The hardest part is bein' strict with my diet. It's harder than I thought it would be. It's really tough keepin' carbs down. But anyways...goin' good...how 'bout you man? You stickin' with it this time? Or is it gettin' too tough again :D Just kiddin'...

Im trying to bro! Haha last time I have to admit I fucked it up but the muscle rounds might have been a LITTLE bit more than I could handle. Haha not though time though dude Im gonna fucking attack the weights on the muscle rounds.. 2 days until the muscle rounds baby Im pumped up baby! :mad::mad::mad:

Haha yeah you would think so... but sometimes ya just never know. Thats a phat picture bro I wanna get to 600 fucking posts so I can get an Anavar or whatever their called under my name. :D:D

Not that I am trying to say there is anything wrong with Titan Training by any means but its crazy how a program can work wonders for some (you) and no do a thing for others. Oh well. :D:D


Ummm... 2 weeks per week can work wonders, where each workout is no mor than a hour long. Ofcourse if you kmnow what you are doing. Things like Titan Training can be good sometimes in some situations.
