Really bro a TKD worked better for you? Damn yo for me I think a TKD is too hard to follow I need the fucking carb-up day!! I dont know though whatever floats your boat I guess... Whatd you take as carbs beforehand? I heard Sweettarts are good. I am using a CKD good job with the progress congats.

Fpr my TKD, I usually eat 25 or so gr. of whole food carbs (i.e. 1/2 bagel, small bowl of cereal), and then I sip my dextrose, BCAA, glutamine concoction throughout the wkt. Post workout, I shoot for the old 1:1 high glycemic carb to protein ratio. All in all it is like 100 gr. of carbs. But it should all be burned or stored as muscle glycogen. In this case I am really lucky. I have never had a sweet tooth, so I don't miss carbs (Except Pizza). This is the easiest diet for me to follow and I find it is fantastic for performance. Yeah seriosuly bro I have a problem when it comes to high-fat diets and sticking to them I dont know what my problem is... I cant figure out why I have such issues with sticking to that type of diet. I am probably going to start with the Shift Diet by Mr.X tomorrow. From everything I have read I should achieve great results with that diet. We'll see though.
 
I bought the titan training manual and am gonna start the workout in 1 week.
I'm gong to college so I play on following a high fat/high protein/low carb diet as the book recommends but should I eat carbs one day a week or not?
I say low carbs cuz I dunno that it'll be 0 but it won't be over 30
