endpoint New member Dec 17, 2001 #3 I really enjoyed the book "designing resistance training programs" by fleck and kraemer. Its good to complement a training program......so you can understand why you do what you are doing. You wont draw much new information.....or find anything revolutionary from it......but you will get a better grasp of somethings. it reads more like a text book with lots of tables and quotations of studys. but if you are well read in resistance training......i wouldnt recommend it.(i wouldnt want you to throw away too much money) powerlifting basic texas style...now holds up the uneven side of my couch, it was a toss up of that or burning it. after getting a copy of milo magazine from www.ironmind.com i am recomending to anyone who lift weights.......some very interesting articles. most the books on elite fitness systems seem worth while.....except maybe pavel's "power to the people"
