Time to change up the routine a bit. But I have a couple quick questions.

I'm gonna take some advice given to me up build up my chest some more, and hit the inclines. I wanna stick with the basic program I'm on now:

Flat bench, 5x5
Incline DB, 2x8-10
Incline flys, 2x8-10

But, how do I incorporate the inclines? Should it be

Incline bench, 5x5
flat DB, 2x8-10
Incline flys, 2x8-10

Should I use inclines for everything?

Also, from my pics, and all of your comments, I want to build my back up more as well. My current back routine is:

Deads, sometimes 5x3, sometimes singles, sometimes light weight, etc.
BB rows, 5x5
Chins, 3x10 or failure
Shrugs, 5x5

Think I should stick with this? Add more volume?

I'm also thinking of doing a 5x3 type deal, to change it up from the 5x5, like needsize did. Opinions? Suggestions?

Bump.

Those familiar with this regimen, I'm looking in your direction for help, but I appreciate suggestions from everyone.

Overall, I like your plan! Instead of using incline dumbbell flyes, you may wany to use flat flyes or dips. Five sets of incline barbell presses will devastate your upper chest.

Back routine looks solid. On shrugs, perform 8 to 10 reps, When you hit the deads you are also working your traps.

Another good exercise to use is seated wide grip pulley rows.

One more thing. . . .use a variety of reps. This may include:

5 x 10
5 x 8
5 x 5
