My last blood test results showed that my TSH were high at 4.8IU/L.. But my T3 and T4 were in range. This is the first time I've had my thyroid checked was only because it came in the new package that I get.
Anybody no the reason why it could be high? Will this have an affect on my gains?

i wouldn't panic over 1 blood work man. lets test it again a couple weeks from now and see if that is really the case. hypothyroidism could be a diagnosis for you

yes, i agree to wait 2-3 weeks and re test... if it shows it again, then there may be an issue... you would want to speak to your doctor about it

T3 is all that really matters since that's the active form of thyroid in the body.

T4 and TSH are constantly going up/down via negative feedback loops from T3 levels

I agree with getting it tested again in the next month or so. I wouldnt panic though.

Like others said it could be just a coincidence so don't worry about it. Have another check-up after few weeks to see if something is still out of range.
