just a little rant here....
I went riding quads with my boyfriend on Saturday and I managed to flip a 600lb quad to land right on my leg and the handlebars into my ribs... I was going down a rocky trail behind him, and my stupid ass was watching him do wheelies and I was probably too close because he kicked up so much dust that I couldn't see the trail and I couldn't see the ditch in front of me.. next thing I knew I was in the air and then sliding on the ground trying to get the quad off of me... Thank god for the muscle I have or else I would probably be in a lot worse shape than I am.... my leg is just bruised and badly swollen.. my arm and shoulder is brushed and bruised.... I tried to train a little yestarday, but that was just another stupid attempt on my part...lol
lesson in part.... have as much muscle as possible.. you never know when it is going to save your life and health...
