Good morning everyone!

Just got back from the gym, I'm totally fried. I tried the exercise above. 65lbs including the bar
1x10, 3x6

Deads => straight leg deadlifts=> hang cleans => back lunges => Back squats => Goodmornings

The last exercise was Bent-over row, I wasn't able to do this one. My arms were fried, I couldn't bring the bar back up :(

To make up for it I finished with DB Thrusters & Step ups-- 4x15

You are awesome. That complex is no joke. Most men would struggle to complete one round with 65lbs. You did three!!! Good job!
 
No rest Ebony - start with doing 20 of each first - then work your way up to 50! Crossfit doesn't demand that much all at once. Those women are trained in endurance, functional strength, and respiratory ease. Typically training starts with three or four moves and expands from there.

It is impressive but the one girls form goes to shit on the cleans even with good form cleans are hard on your joints shit form and your asking for an injury. I am glad a re-watched that and saw it was 25's per sides not 45's I feel like less of a weak ass now. LOL
Yeah, they use Olympic weights. They can be deceiving! I still feel like a wimp though...
 
I would say no more than 20sec.
It's supposed to be HIIT, it shouldn't take anymore than 20-30min. Give it a try girlie. :qt:

alright ladies i'm gonna give this a try tomorrow morning. the thought of 50 burpees.....or even 20 of those....:p
 
Alot of those reminds me of the cybergenics training programs, after Squats we would do those ball squats, then switch to free squats until we collapsed on the floor!
