which muscles can I train after a workout?

I’m wondering which muscles I can train post-workout?
Let’s say I do a workout for about 90 minutes
then afterwards I want to hit another muscle group is there a muscle that I can hit randomly or do I have to train my muscles with a some sort of purpose?
 
Do some stretching after your workout. How about that?
 
You can do some more calf work.
 
You can do some core training maybe some push-ups
 
I would not overdo it after a workout maybe do some cardio or stretching
 
do some yoga that really helps post-workout
 
maybe do some light cardio on the treadmill just to boost some heart health
