Arm wrestlings for the fucking birds, I cant believe I let myself get talked into doing that shit AGAIN. this time I've wrenched my elbow and shoulder so badly I can hardly use the mouse & 800mg of ibuprofen & ultram isnt even denting it. mad fucking tendintis everytime i flex the muscle

FUCK.

Fuck...Second thread related to AW injuries Ive seen today. That shit sucks. Youll get back to normal again,just sucks to have to wait. I had tendonitus in my elbow within the last month or so, and now I dont even feel it. Just had to do other exercises to work around it. Not as bad as what youve described though. Im sure you can still deadlift and squat though!! Nothing wrong with that! Keep us updated brother
 
no such luck bro squatting is out because I cant hold the bar on my shoulders and deadlifting wrenches the fuck out of my elbow. I'm gonna have to stick to leg press (and -shudder- leg ext, curls), pullovers and maybe some chest flyes. Not exactly the most hardcore workout but I'm gonna focus on cardio for the next couple of weeks and try to make the most of it.

what really sucks is I'd just finished rehabbing an injury in my left shoulder and I was closing in on shoulder pressing the 100's for reps :(

I didnt notice the damage from the AW until the day after when I tried to do dumbell rows and it felt like someone had taken a sledgehammer to my arm and shoulder. I couldnt move my fingers for like 20 mins after the set. its getting a little better now nuking the fuck out of it with advil :)
