Well, I forgive you.  So today I skipped out.  I've been rather burnt out with all the court shit.  But it should all be winding down by end of January.  Then I can really concentrate on things.  I'm about to finish the last two weeks of tren, then 4 weeks of test/eq then down to a maintenance level of test till after all the court stuff done.
I am also taking the approach in the gym that less is more.  In other words, instead of 4 or 5 exercises for chest I do 2, maybe 3 same for rest of body.  Cardio is still suffering, I just get so burnt out during the week with work all I want to do is get my ass home and sit and not think.  But I am hanging in there.  It may be partly due to the tren, but shit works so I ain't stopping it.
