As I look at these I am pleased.  It has been a year since I started losing weight and regaining my physique.  I still have a long ways to go.  I have also noticed some loss of symmetry, like in my back that wasn't there before.  I also noticed my chest seems a little flat/small compared to the past.  So these are the areas I will work on to improve.  I also have a long way to go on my lower ab fat and obliques.
Overall, considering all the stress, moving, ups and downs diet blunders, etc my progress has been a lot more than I expected.  Hope this gives help to those who find it hard to change their physique.  Compare these to the pics I posted a year ago last August at the start of this journey for comparisons of where I was and where I currently am.  Can't wait to see where I am this coming summer.
