so today didnt lift. Did back/bis yesterday. Today did experiment with simple carbs and sugars. After eatinfg maltballs, potato chips, poptarts, fried cheese sticks, and kool aid, my blood sugar should have been around 200. But I got a headache instead, anxiouz feeling, and feel really warm. i checked my blood sugar level and it was at 100. No way it should be that low. While not at 65 which is hypoglycemic level, it was way low for what I had eaten. During the night it will go up about 20 points, but no more and will then start dropping into 70's, where i really feel rough. I hope im not stuck on a no carb diet for the rest of my days. yuk!
