The start of a year long cycle

Started tren tonight. Ouch. 400mg for next 8 weeks.
 
so today didnt lift. Did back/bis yesterday. Today did experiment with simple carbs and sugars. After eatinfg maltballs, potato chips, poptarts, fried cheese sticks, and kool aid, my blood sugar should have been around 200. But I got a headache instead, anxiouz feeling, and feel really warm. i checked my blood sugar level and it was at 100. No way it should be that low. While not at 65 which is hypoglycemic level, it was way low for what I had eaten. During the night it will go up about 20 points, but no more and will then start dropping into 70's, where i really feel rough. I hope im not stuck on a no carb diet for the rest of my days. yuk!
 
finished second week of trene. definitely know its potent. metabolism is elevated considerably, always feel warm too. will probably be 8 more weeks on tren then replace with anavar. been doing bodg once a week with 3 days of cardio. i am doing less but more in the gym if that makes sense. also i notice on carb days i am more bloated than usual and a lot thirstier. i think it is from the shock of having carbs after no carbs for several days. i have also noticed my blood sugar levels are all over the place between 70 & 110. once or twice i shot up to 156, but not higher. weird thing is where it should be quite elevated after a meal, it is at pre meal levels, less than 100. even stranger is it will drop 20-50 points during and right after a meal. even one high in simple sugars. very weird, i think it is due to this cycle most likely.
 
so my workouts have been shortened to two exercises per body part and 3 sets per exercise. cardio is reduced to 15 minutes 5 days a week. looking atways to enhance reco ery and maintain my energy levels as i am an old fucker.
 
today was day off. did a little work on bike cleaning the front wheel. chrome wire spikes. ate nothing but carbs today. really no fats or proteins. thursday i am going to add in protein powder and really up my fat intake. other tban that things are going good.

ok, ill try them out and see how they work.

100 is normal, but my levels are like a butterfly yo yo. theygo up down and all over and they dont follow the "standard" for when they should increase and decrease. wonder if it is due to not eating often enough during the day?.
 
i had heartburn zo bad last night it woke me up and made me sick to my stomach. i was checked for ulcers and dont have any. i may need to get scoped though. currently taking dexilant, itworks great but miss a couple doses and it comes back with a vengence.
