Got entered on last day so lost a week but feel good about this because timing seems really good for me!! Coming into contest at 5' 11" 183lbs at about 14-17% estimate. Diet will look like this for first 60 days or so just bulking some what clean I don't put on lot of fat !! I'm entered under 25homes as you can see

Breakfast- 1 1/2 cup potatoes, 4-6 eggs, 3 oz. ham, 1 1/2 cup of whole milk
8am

Snack- protein shake 65 gram protein blend, 60 carb and 15 grams fat
11 am

Lunch-6 oz chicken 1 cup rice, 2 cups whole milk
2 pm

Post workout-protein shake 65 gram protein blend, 60 carb and 15 grams fat
5:30 pm

Dinner-6 oz (chicken, fish, beef, or pork) 1 cup pasta 1 cup milk
6: 30 pm

Pre bed shake-60gram protein blend low carbs and fat
9 pm

This wat I eat first 60 days every 17-18 days of eating this way I'll go 4-5 days real clean foods all same except cut the milk, all carbs pasta rice and pull carbs from shakes except post workout. I'll cycle diet like this first 60 days then change diet for final push.

Things going fairly well. Def up a few pounds getting lot stronger and def adding muscle. Said fairly well cause during my last back and bi workout I got severe tightness in my lower trap / upper rear delt that went across my back shoulder into my upper arm had to cut workout short have never had pain there ever. Anyone have any ideas..

Also do any mods have any info for me pics have been received and I'm good do I have access to the gallery?

Just posted before your post bro things going well weight strength all coming along. Check previous post had some trouble with upper rear delt pain.
Also getting mad low back pumps but l-taurine seems to be helping..
Cycle going well too...any thoughts you have zed things you wanna see in here maybe any advice...

Back bis rear delts real sore..mainly just deep good soreness but still lil concerned about how my rear shoulder tightened up so bad last workout. Can't wait for monday gonna kill chest and muscles recovering very well so might try and come back to chest thurs or fri.

Big shout out to zed for all the help and support. I'm confirmed in so my mental state is much better have gotten some good news this weekend with everything so very excited about up coming week plan for this to be best week yet. Taking today off gonna eat mad food recover some muscles may do some cardio. Everyone enjoy superbowl and look forward to hearing back from you zed...

Got photobucket on phone so I'm gonna get pics figured out today. Have had mass gainer shake for breakfast and half pizza mid morning snack..also had dart of test tren which I gotta get pins ordered cause I gotta start rotating better only have glute pins right now butt lil soar time to time
That what 450 mg test and 200mg tren will do I guess. Also ate an abomb so getting ready to crush gym with chest workout!!

Well workout was bit of disappointment today..yesterday I was siked for today..then had mad issues with pics for this contest problem still isn't solved thank god roxy helping me out thanks again..I don't think I was mentally ready today after all problems...
Hit chest and things were bad from gate...decided to bench press which I haven't done in 9 yrs literally and it wasn't good..
3 sets all at 185 reps 6, 6, 5 pathetic then went to incline dbell 3 sets 10, 8, 6 reps 60lb. Dbells, then 65, 70
Then hammer strength chest press 3 sets 10 reps 3 sets flys at 120 lbs...then did 5 sets dips, 5 drop sets skull crushers...just never felt strong or smooth during lifts got decent pump but left feeling like WTF happened today..haven't had enough food part of problem..have had mass gainer shake breakfast, then half pizza lunch, then post workout shake and bout to eat now prob some ham and potatoes...hopefully things are back on track tm..

Just reading about it on another board..lab report says it was 70 mg under dosed but its also 450 mg and the report was from 2006 so probably not relivant. Have only used 5 1/2 cc so lil early to judge but is lil painful which would be expected at 450 so we will see
 
Food continued well after breakfast had shake at lunch them mid day had 4 slices baked ham, and cup cabbage and noodles...then had another shake late inbetween that I had an italian hoagie..so felt ok with food did morning cardio then another short session in afternoon...so training and food was ok but life no....charged 250 dollars to debt card at store but their machine didn't receive it but my bank released it so its being held for 5 days...then tried to order supplies like pins and things..couldn't use sponsor they didn't have something I needed so went to old faithful got order ready when tried to checkout wasnt going through...tried 3 times then gave up...later in evening went to store to grab few things can't find debt card...looked every where no luck had to call cancel it and order new one..in this process I find out my bank also released money all three times for supply order and that's all being held too for 5 days!! Aahhh!! So all in all lost debt card, didn't get anything I needed now there is over $ 400 being held out of my acct that I can't access til monday which I couldn't get to if it was there cause now I don't have card and no can't go to bank not that type of debit its a card (mastercard) money from pay gets electronically transfered too so now I'm screwed til monday...not how I planned day to go...today new day hit shake this morning and will be back on iron today...will keep you updated!

Sorry bro been rough couple days..got pulled over on way to gym car has bad inspection needs tires which are bout $ 750 I don't have this min...pig gave me hard time searching me finally let me go but said take this car strait home if I see you again I'm towing the car which I can't have happen...was driving our other car totally legal but starter went out 2 days ago...been having rough streak of luck last 4 days....will get back into good detail with log this week...feeling very good should be great week

Today been great...got my supplies which included some 23g 1 1/2 inch pins which I needed bad only had 22g one inch and with 450 mg test and super tren hitting eod with those didn't give much options...hoping longer pin get in muscle lil deeper so maybe less pain but also got 25g so can start mixing it up not just glute...
Hit chest today started some dbal today only took 30 mg cause still took 50mg drol..

Everything been good here feel like I'm growing nicely and really starting to lean out without even trying yet...did legs yesterday everything was fine I was actually resting between sets went to walk to water fountain and my right foot like locked up on inner side couldn't put any weight on it almost felt like something was out of place very painful but did nothing to induce it..took it easy rest of day felt it few times but has completly went away but kind of scary..anyone have any idea what this could be
 
Those bones in our feet are tiny and they can and do diplace frequently. It can be painful but usually we dont really notice it. If it becomes bothersome get a tennis ball and roll that under your feet daily. Will help considerably.

Yes bro been consistant at the gym just real busy other wise so haven't got to log for few days.
My last back workout was great all tightness I was experiencing has gone away and strength was great..my high pulls were up 60-80lbs since last week which blew my mind...everything haas felt real strong but on friday I did bis and tris together and the pump was so sick..felt like everything had kicked in fully....mad strong and super swole...haven't had pump like that in couple years....
A lso got third set of pics up which now you can really start to see transformation! Almost wondering if I'm leaning out a lil too quick and might sacrifice some size due to this unsure right now. .might start cycling carbs soon but have few high and med days
Any thoughts
 
Sunday I rested been very sore.. Had cheat day loaded with carbs about 800g almost was like you could feel the muscles filling out as I consumed them..gonna weigh in today see wat effect they really had

dont let this discourage u..more out of shape u are and less u cant lift.. means MORE room for improvement! thats what these contest are about

hope u dont mind some advise but if u are looking to lose bodyfat.. u might want to look into your diet

Thanks bros I appreciate any and all advice...but I can diet know this very well trust me...actually I was afraid I was leaning out to quick when I take this kind of cycle my bf just starts to plummet...was eating those type of foods for xtra cals....wanna make sure I get enough mass on me....for me and my plans last 6 weeks if I don't get lean enough I'll be shocked...

What are you suggesting for micro nutrition??

Stopped there felt ok pump was decent shoulder just bothering me a lil in rotator cuff...diet been pretty solid just don't think I'm getting as many good carbs as I should especially early in day which is holding me back some on size and also feel its hurting my workouts sometimes feel lil flat..just don't want junk carbs so sometimes I'm sacrificing good carbs for no carbs cause don't want junk...weight is good about 210lbs and bf has dropped significantly for sure can see all abs not shredded by any means but can see them

Thanks for all support bros..especially zed you keep me strait bro sorry been while on log have had lot going on in life and no computer at moment so doing this all from phone which isn't easy..anyway been staying on track with training and diet...diet for me stays fairly basic...usually get 3-4 shakes a day and usually 2 real meals just all I have time for with real food which I really wish I could get more real food..for real food usually have either chicken, fish, or tuna for lunch with some green veggie, and usually some beans of some kind really like kidney beans...I do snack on nuts through the day and for dinner usually steak cause I got bunch of t bones and porterhouses donated to me for comp which I know prob to much red meat but its free..so eat steak, and salad for dinner with another green veggie and sometimes some pasta depending how I'm feeling with carbs..other than that have 3-4 shakes a day usually two with 60g protein, low carbs and two with 65g protein and 80 g carbs..have been drinking monster milk also which is 50g protein, 18g carbs, and think either 9-12g fat but clean fats from sunflower oil and mcts which I do like..have been mixing shakes with 2% milk..also drink bout half gallon 2% milk a day on top of shakes...

Workouts been great for most part have to fight throught a workout here and there but who doesn't....today trained back

Hey my good man. I wouldnt worry too much about the red meat as long as you cut that fat off before you cook it as much as you can. Also you should be usind 2000-4000mgs of fish oil/day. At one steak/day with that and LOTS of water your cholestrol should be ok.
Also for snacks you could do hard boiled eggs. Put em in a baggie and take them with you where ever you go, easy and good! You might also boil up some chicken breasts on the weekend to hold you over during the week. Again simple and good. Also Pb&j sandwiches for snacks.
There you are getting more real food and gettin away from so many shakes.

Also with the dbell press im doing these without a spot which makes first rep real hard cause I start at bottom and that dead weight felt with good spot could have got 95 for 8-9 reps or prob could have done 100lbs dbells for atleast 6 reps

Took next set of pics today I emailed to roxy to post since I can't from phone..thank god for her! Anyways think they are decent felt bloated when I took them had just eatin a steak, bowl chicken noodle soup, two pieces of bread, 4 huge fried shrimp (couldn't get not breaded), drank 40 oz. of diet coke and 2 cups 2% milk so prob was bloated...anyways hopefully she will post up today and I can get some feed back from everyone...don't know about lat spread pose im just not good at it at all think this might hurt me if I can't figure out...back doesn't look real big in that pic to me and I feel its def bigger than it looks in rear double bi pic can see back isn't in bad shape...any advice here guys

Also with the dbell press im doing these without a spot which makes first rep real hard cause I start at bottom and that dead weight felt with good spot could have got 95 for 8-9 reps or prob could have done 100lbs dbells for atleast 6 reps

You work out in a public gym right bro? Then always get you a spotter. There is always someone around even if you need to get someone frorm the desk. DONT HURT YOURSELF! Explaine to them exactly what you need for them to do.
Also you dont need to go to the very bottom on any bench type movement. For shoulder safety you should not go lower then where your elbows are at the same height as your shoulder blades. So that pretty much meand that your elbows do not past or lower then the bench. If you did not have the pain then it would be a diff story. But you do so there you go. Really youre not missing that much by not going any lower then that anyway.
 
Cool bro I will pay closer attention to my depth on sets for sure..that first rep is a real beeooch cause I lay back and bump dbells back with me so first rep starts with dbells resting in grooves of my shoulders basically sitting on rotator cuff..so when you have 100lbs in each hand and they are at a dead rest on your chest/shoulders that first rep takes a lot out of me..that's why I truly believe with a good spot I could handle another 10-15lbs on each hand without a problem

Felt real good pump was insane will do legs tm I only train legs about every 8-10 days cause I don't want massive legs mine are really about as big as I want my thighs rub together already and I don't like that so I train legs mainly for definition and with cardio they get extra work so legs and abs tm. I do morning cardio 4-5 days a week on empty stomach and when I finish my legs are exploding veins all over my calfs and quads
 
Ok advice needed...was gonna add pgcl to this as part of secret weapon which I tried taking this summer but had some issues with it.. So did research and found that lot ppl were taking just at night and hitting im to deal wi th some sides. Hitting I'm does help but I was only using lil this sumner. Tried to start last night hit both tris and both bis everything is fine for 20 min then I break into horrible sweat, start burping getting indigestion, and then feel like I'm gonna puke.. Lots ppl have to poop after taking which I force myself to do so I feel lil better think this part problem. I take a med which cause my poop to be rock hard lil balls and gets me lil constipated which I hate so don't think I'm gonna be able to continue. Any advice
 
personally i wouldtn use somthing that made me feel like that... i do have a pretty good tolerance for sides and am willing to take it pretty far...
im sure there is somthing else out there you could try that would have less sides...

if money were no issue i would have loved to ran a mild dose of GH... trying to get my wife to try it out, we are both just at that age where it could be beneficial for quite a lot of things...
 
Yea not gonna use pgcl those sides are too much for me. Weird cause my boy ordered it with me and he didn't get really any sides to speak of and loved it. Everything varies person to person this proves that. Oh well I'm leaning out quicker than expected anyway so no biggie

Like I said don't want legs much bigger my thighs already rub together then I get chafing which I can't stand and they get major pumps during cardio. Now if I wanted to get them bigger it would be very easy. Genetically my legs are big and can get huge..my father is a big man doesn't train like we do but workouts never has used any drug.
He's 6' 6" 245lbs at about 14% just natural and legs are huge..
Any ways this is why only weight train legs about every ten days cause I hit cardio 4 days week but keep that to 20 min or less cause leg pumps redic..when get off cardio after ten min got veins spider webbing on calfs and quads its crazy..
Took weekend to rest felt lil ill this weekend still due to pgcl so took easy and getting ready for monday..
 
I thought about that moya which is prob good idea maybe ill blow them out last half here..when I do this my pants don't fit which is pain in the ass already have to buy to big cause legs are big and the chafing drives me crazy. I can't stand it. I'm gonna give this some thought. Good point moya.

Took carbs up this last week cause I started t-3 so wanted to load so I didn't go too flat and adjust from there..
I'm pyramiding t-3 starting at 25mcg for 4 days then 50mcg for 4 days then 75mcg doing same increase til I hit 100mcg hold there for 13 days then back down same way as I went up..felt good with xtra carbs feel like I'm leaner but weight is up to about 215 fairly consistant...droping dbal today so lil water should go too ..

4 sets 10 zed could I do hack squat machine in place of these seems movement is real similar but don't have to use squat rack with free weights these scare me cause bad knees are heriditary in family..grandma and grand father both have replacements my dad has had 4 surgeries on his and both his brothers as well..our knee caps don't sit centered on the knee lean to one side in college I dislocated my left knee really needed surgery but didn't wanna do at such young age so let heal naturally which patella and mcl were both torn prob should of had surgery looking back..knee still scares me I just don't trust either of them...knee caps sit off lil due partially to genetically big quads especially inner quad which pulls knee cap in...do leg ext cause I can angle my foot diff angles to try and build outter quad to compensate..any advice here appreciated..

One other question if I take my tren ace to 350mg week with 350mg parabolin week so 700mg tren total how much test would I need to maintain good sex drive? Feel tren hurting sex drive a lil planned on using masteron which usually takes care of this issue but didn't work out that way.
Taking proviron 50mg ed just started week ago also taking dostinex at .25 twice week would up that but running low and this cycle my gyno issues have been in check very well I'm impressed

Believe it or not I am not familiar with the Hack Squat Machine. However I do know that with free weights Hacks develop hammies more then quads so that would not provide the same benefit for you.

You know bro, you are the first person that I have ever known to have this issue, SAME AS ME except that my patellas are pulled to the outside.
Ok, believe it or not you really do wanna do the free weights! However you need to go lower then past parallel. In your case and mine with this issue that we have in common (I) prefer to go at least 2/3rds of the way to bottom. If you can it will benefit to go all the way down to where your hams hit your calves. Then no pause and no bounce right back up out of the hole. This is one of the most beneficial excersizes that you can do in your situation, again same as me. Point your toes str8 ahead. Because you are going so far down your patella will track correctly, there is no other option for it. Thats why the full ROM on this for you and me.

Also because you have had disslocations in the past you do have crepitus in your knees. Another very good reason to keep off the leg extension machine. What you are doing here is simply grinding away at your knee joint. Particularly the cartilage on the back side of your patella. SO STAY OFF THAT MOFO!!!

Did cardio and abs this morning (sat) will rest tm always do morning cardio 4 days a week. Will start back hard monday again..diet could be lil btr I'm still adjusting to low carbs have cheated couple times but think I needed the carbs few times with t-3 my metabolism is cranked I can tell..I take t-3 then soon as I eat or about 30 min after I start sweating..will keep killing it and will have new pics asap schedule has been clashing with fiance to get them done..
