Mixing the creatines works very well for me. Just don't take them all at the same time. Take the monohydrate forms with dextrose or simple carbs after your workout. Try stuff like swole, v12, or effervescents before or long after your workout. Just try to spread them out.

Bro why should i not mix them at the same time?

If you mix the all at the same time and then ingest you will probably get less for your money. In all likelihood, you will not be capable of absorbing all the creatine. So, split it up and use the products containing high sugar right after your workout.

I've tried it a few times. In each case, I gained 10-15 lbs over the course of a month, most of it in the first week. And in each case, I lost it all after about a month of not taking it. It's all water weight. As far as strength increases go, it didn't do anything for my 1RM, but it did seem to let me do and extra 1-2 reps on each set - due mainly to the fact that the extra creatine in the muscle helps regenerate ATP and the extra water in the muscle increases interstitial leverage. So yeah, it works, but the gains are temporary.

I first used EAS Synthevol brand creatine and I got nothing off of it. Then my friend hooked me up with some free Twinlab creatine loading fuel and GNC pure monohydrate.

They both worked great! I noticed it helps me with strength endurance (like getting those last couple reps out and less burn, especially with legs)

I personally use 5 grams in the morning, and 5 post workout with my protine shake...But just like every supp, there is always a differance in opinion on how and when and how much. My motto..."Whatever works for me"....I've gone through plenty of trial and error.

Well...thats another topic thats pretty debatable. Some people love Cell Tech, others hate it. A buddy of mine swears by it. But I personally think its a bit steep in price. I use Prolab supps. Their creatine works well...for me. If you can afford Cell Tech, you can give it a try, but there are others that are just as good for less money. I like straight creatine...But again, its all in who you talk to.

I like Twinlab's Creatine Fizz Fuel. Seams to work best on me. I use prolab's mixed with my protein post workout.
