The ASAP Diet

Here's the problem:

SO many people that claim they know everything say one thing and just as many 'experts' say the opposite. Damn, I'm in the gym all the time, running, lifting, exercising.

If this dude with the Ph.D in exercise science who has written 44 books and shows countless before and after photos of people on his diet (ASAP) is right, why shouldn't I follow it?

Shit, I've changed my entire lifestyle! I never eat crap. I never eat fast food, and for the past 3 1/2 weeks I haven't had a sip of alcohol! I hit the gym very regularly with discipline.

I only work from 7:30pm to 9pm 5 days a week so I have the whole day free! I have a gym in my condo downstairs so it's so easy for me!

My motivation is seeing myself fit, and all the resources and means are in front of me.

Yet still, whenever I think I have everything figured out, it seems that half the world agrees with me and the other half says it's BS.

The last 7 months, when I started reading about fitness, I didn't know anything. I've been reading and taking in as much information as possible since then. I'm not an expert, but I'm studying hours a day. What more can I do??

Thanks,

PATRO
