Seriously....
...I seem to understand b fold the truth, sometimes I feel kind of discouraged, 'cause it feels as if no muscle keeps growing up, in spite of all the tough work outs and increased calories I make....hmmmm!
Some days I see myself all swollen up, but everything goes down again. I've notice that for example with my forearms, front shoulders and calves.
Are these muscles really growing, even though they sometimes appear as if NOT????????
Anybody with similar experiences???? or you guys see yourselves bigger after every work out?????
