Thai,
Get back up bro, I've been down many times in my life.... Hell, I've been down and depressed on the board, and you've been there as well as a ton of other people. Get back up, take a stride forward..... failure is your own perseption.... To everyone here you are anything but a failure, stand up tall buddy, you have a lot to be proud of, You've accomplished more than most of the people here will ever accomplish in weight lifting, and already have so much experience in so many different things at such a young age!
You've been in the military... who gives a fuck if you had to leave.. you had an injury that was beyond your control.. that doesn't make you a failure..
Buddy, you've deadlifted over 600 lbs and have transformed your body from a tiny man into over a 260 lbs mammoth of a man! This is not something a failure is capable of!
So you have some injuries that will set you back for some time, maybe even a couple of years..... but you will get back to where you want! You will be better than before... Even if you can't go deadlifting 600+ lbs again, I'm sure there will be plenty of other hard core excercises you will be able to perform....
YOU CAN EXCEL AT ANY ACTIVITY YOU CHOOSE! You've proved it here... Find something else to poor your heart into until you're able to go back to the weights full throttle...
Everybody here believes in you buddy, don't lay down... stand up proud... you've got alot to be proud of!
