Thank you and good-bye my friends

this is sound advice. dude you aren't a failure and you never will be. you have been a source of inspiration to me and countless others on the boards, and are a huge resource to us and others in you life, and im not just talking about training advice.

an injury doesnt make you a failure, the outlook now may be bad, but you will get through it, there is always another road on the oath through life, you CAN alter your training, things you may have lost now you can get back, all that ever matters in life is friends, family and loved ones, and im sure you have all of them, look at the number of posts.

im gonna PM you assuming your box isnt already packed full, but if you ever need to talk to someone no matter how trivial you think it is you can PM me, or i;ll give you my email address of u want it, and i dont usually give it out. i know a little about medical stuff too, so if that is the concern, dont hesistate to ask me anything

take care bro. and post on this thread if your reading it

Thaibox... a red flag is waving, bro. Post injury and post surgery serious depression can set in as part of the recovery process. Nobody is immune. (Remember well the lesson of Bababooey... we lost a great bro to depression following his injuries.) Get to a doctor, bro. You have the sound of one word right now - depression - and it may not be situational. It may be chemical. If it is it needs to be treated as soon as possible.
