Some of you know me and some of you dont, heres to a fresh start and to making some ruthless progress in and out of the gym.

Special thanks to Elite Fitness for having me on their forums.

I have been fortunate enough to be placed on team KAOS Anabolics and moving forward will be logging my diet, training and PED regime with high quality products supplied by KAOS.

As some of you know I left evo forum in a bad way and made some out of order comments and posts that were uncalled for. It was out of anger and frustration for the way I perceievd a close associate of mine was being treated however doing what I did was the wrong way to handle things and I shouldnt have went at it the way i did and moving forward wont be repeating that and I apologise to any mods or members who were directly or indirectly disrespected as a product of what i did/said.

The last few months I have focused alot of my diet and training on cutting and really trying to shape my body in the best way i can as opposed to putting on pure mass.

My log will therefore be focused upon that same goal for the near future and I am hoping youll join me on the journey to getting jacked to the tits.

God willing I make good progress and with the assistance of one of the highest quality labs. Big shoutout to KAOS for bringing me upon the team.

Current regime:

Test E - 500pw

Tren A - 200pw

DHB - 200pw

HGH - 3iu ED

This regime will slightly change in the next couple of weeks and will be again aimed around sculpting, shaping and cutting.

Quick Update:

Goods arrived from @KAOS Anabolics, quality of packaging/vial and box designs are 10/10 😍.

Ive now kicked off my new regime which im wrapped about all centered around cutting, moulding and shaping my body. Not trying to put on a heap of mass right now Ive got enough at the moment to work with but still some areas that I want bigger to have more proportion such as my traps/upper back area, my calves and also my delts. Ill achieve this by playing around with my diet some weeks increasing carb and protein intake on certain days.

Rest of the time I will be in a deficit, my normal diet consists mostly of chicken as my main protein source and as white rice as my main carb source.
Most of my Training consists of high intensity sessions where I am lifting moderately heavy with very low rest periods and going to failure on 95% of my sets. My split is usually 2 days on 1 day off and then 1 day on one day off x repeat.

FULL diet and training will be in my log going forward.

NEW COMPOUND REGIME:

- Test (Sustanon): 500mg PW
- Tren Ace: 150mg PW
- DHB: 200mg PW for next 4 weeks then starting EQ at 400mg PW
- Anavar: 40mg PD
- Proviron: 50mg PD
- Cialis: 40mg PD

Today started off early as usual for me 5am wake up for work and full day at construction.

Im in a caloric deficit and so during the day at work im eating barely anything until i get home from work hit the gym and then eat alot of my calories after the gym at night. Works great for my body and im functioning really well energetically even with the low calorie intake at work.



Meal 1: 7am Protein shake (30g), Banana, protein bar (20g), black coffee, 600ml water



Meal 2: 9:30am Protein bar (20g) , black coffee



Meal 3: 1pm Protein Shake (30g), Apple, 600ml water



Meal 4: 5:30pm 1cup oats, 100ml lite milk



Preworkout: Double Black Coffee, 600ml Water



TRAIN 7:15 - 8:30pm



Meal 5: 9pm 350g Chicken breast, 1/2 cup of white rice, tiny bit of chipotle sauce 😈, Protein Bar (20g)



Meal 6: 1/2 cup white rice, 190g Tuna, 600ml water



Before bed: Tablespoon of Peanut butter (Smooth of course)



After starting the Anavar and Proviron I have an immense amount of energy on very low carb intake especially during my workouts I am powering through.

PED & Ancillary Regime for today (Monday)

Back/bi’s day I utilise mostly machine and cables for all my sets because I find the tension on the cables is consistent and works best to keep the back muscles working the entire time througout the set.


I am a big user of Machines and Cables in general and right now where I am focusing really on really exhausting the muscle and going to failure on almost every set, I find the machines to be alot better at keeping constant tension on the muscles.


Vitamins for the day include Magnesium, B6, Zinc and Vitamin C

Tomorrow is a new day and always looking to improve myself each day.

Great training updates. I really like your PM diet. I am glad to hear you have great energy throughout the day. Especially with such a physically demanding job. You would probably feel even better if you swapped out some bars/shakes for some more real food. I know they are convenient throughout the day though.

@Blackout- Sounds like you're managing the low-calorie days well, keeping energy up for workouts. Good volume and intensity on back and biceps, and the focus on cables and machines makes sense for constant tension. Keep monitoring how you respond to the compounds and adjust as needed. FRIDAY

Ive been unwell this past week which is why I havent been active.
My appetite has increased massively this past week I think it is due to the EQ that I have added into the stack.

Current weight is 107kg, I started this cutting regime sitting at around 112kg so Im pretty happy with the weight loss as I feel i have kept most if not all of my lean mass and I have dropped water and fat.

VASCULARITY is insaneee at the moment particularly in my Bi’s and forearms it is crazy on a pump and even in the day you can see the veins. I think it could be the proviron and anavar drying me out but im loving the look, also my face has thinned out quite alot especially compared to a few months ago where I was running wet compounds such as NPP I had a very blown up face.

STRENGTH Gains are definitely there at the moment in my legs and chest most clearly.

MENTAL state over the last fortnight was absolutely thrashed and the culprit is of course the fucking tren what a surprise. Due to this I have dropped the tren Ace for the time being I think it is beneficial too have a break from the Tren for a few weeks at least and see how I go.
Feeling much better since dropping the tren its been almost a week now. My libido was shit house as well and Im getting better there too.

Body weight reverse lunges 4 minutes straight alternating legs x 1

Smith Machine squats
100kgs x 12 - 2 sets
120kgs x 10 1 set, 120kgs x 8 2 sets
80kgs x 1 20 reps short bursts

Leg extensions
1 set x 110kgs - 12 reps squeezing at top
2 sets full stack (135kgs) - 10 solid reps
1 set x 75kg - 20 reps

Seated Leg Curls
2 sets x half stack - 12 reps
2 sets full stack - 8 reps then 6 reps pause and hit another 4

BW Walking lunges 60 metres x 3 sets
BW Lunges - 20 reps each leg x 2 sets

Hit Calves the day before in my shoulder session which was also fucking awesome I hit 70kgs plates each arm on the hammersmith seated shoulder press for like 8 reps which is a PR for me.
Strength gains are there but I am really not trying to push maximum weight consistently at the moment for 2 reasons, A - my goal is cutting and sculpting plus slow lean mass gains. B - Im trying to lower risk of injury.

I love bettering myself everyday and I am himble and open minded so hit me with advice on everything it is why Im here.

Hit Calves the day before in my shoulder session which was also fucking awesome I hit 70kgs plates each arm on the hammersmith seated shoulder press for like 8 reps which is a PR for me.
Strength gains are there but I am really not trying to push maximum weight consistently at the moment for 2 reasons, A - my goal is cutting and sculpting plus slow lean mass gains. B - Im trying to lower risk of injury.

Ive been unwell this past week which is why I havent been active.
My appetite has increased massively this past week I think it is due to the EQ that I have added into the stack.

Current weight is 107kg, I started this cutting regime sitting at around 112kg so Im pretty happy with the weight loss as I feel i have kept most if not all of my lean mass and I have dropped water and fat.

Body weight reverse lunges 4 minutes straight alternating legs x 1

Smith Machine squats
100kgs x 12 - 2 sets
120kgs x 10 1 set, 120kgs x 8 2 sets
80kgs x 1 20 reps short bursts

Leg extensions
1 set x 110kgs - 12 reps squeezing at top
2 sets full stack (135kgs) - 10 solid reps
1 set x 75kg - 20 reps

Seated Leg Curls
2 sets x half stack - 12 reps
2 sets full stack - 8 reps then 6 reps pause and hit another 4

BW Walking lunges 60 metres x 3 sets
BW Lunges - 20 reps each leg x 2 sets

Hit Calves the day before in my shoulder session which was also fucking awesome I hit 70kgs plates each arm on the hammersmith seated shoulder press for like 8 reps which is a PR for me.
Strength gains are there but I am really not trying to push maximum weight consistently at the moment for 2 reasons, A - my goal is cutting and sculpting plus slow lean mass gains. B - Im trying to lower risk of injury.

I love bettering myself everyday and I am himble and open minded so hit me with advice on everything it is why Im here.

Weighing in just 3 weeks ago I sat at 107kg... I am now 98Kg and looking much leaner and more vascular!!!
This is a huge deal as I have not been under 100kgs in over 10 fkn years!
I put this down to a drastic cleaning up of my diet (part of the reason is my girl is an amazing cook and meal prepper)
I am consuming next to no sugar and have definitely cut down a lot of my eating and snacking during the late afternoon and night time.
My abs are showing a lot more and my veins are popping in the arms and starting to pop out in random places now such as my calves and delts so I am throwing a huge guess here but I estimate myself to be around 12-13% bodyfat at the moment.

So with that I have decided to opt out of my Cutting/Recomp phase and start to go into a nice lean bulk.
I am really dialed into the fact that I need to keep it as a LEAN bulk because now that I have stripped away the fat and finally feel and look good instead of just 'Big', I never want to be fat ever again so I really need to get my macros and calories on point to ensure I am putting on solid mass but keeping off water weight and fat as much as possible.

Here is what my numbers will look like starting from Monday onwards -

Weighing in just 3 weeks ago I sat at 107kg... I am now 98Kg and looking much leaner and more vascular!!!
This is a huge deal as I have not been under 100kgs in over 10 fkn years!
I put this down to a drastic cleaning up of my diet (part of the reason is my girl is an amazing cook and meal prepper)
I am consuming next to no sugar and have definitely cut down a lot of my eating and snacking during the late afternoon and night time.
My abs are showing a lot more and my veins are popping in the arms and starting to pop out in random places now such as my calves and delts so I am throwing a huge guess here but I estimate myself to be around 12-13% bodyfat at the moment.

Anavar 50mg PD
Proviron 50mg PD

DIET

As I have reached an acceptable and hard achieved body fat loss over the last few months (17kg loss), I now have a decent view of the actual lean muscle mass I have and although I am happy with most of the proportion and gains I have I still feel like I need to put on a lot more mass to be satisfied with my shape and look overall. So with that I have decided to opt out of my Cutting/Recomp phase and start to go into a nice lean bulk.

TUESDAY LEGS

I have been back training upper body relatively hard again but due to my physical job my shoulder gets worn out easily and yesterday I did a Chest and Tri's session fairly lightly but HIGH volume im talking a non-stop session for about 30 mins (Gym was closing early haha) I did sets non-stop and rested maximum 15 seconds between sets and the pump was fuckin insaneeeee when I left the gym however...Shoulder came up pretty damn sore today. To be specific its my AC joint that gives me alot of issues its an old fighting injury.

SO instead of training Back and Bi's today I did a quick Leg session. I do alot of bodyweight lunges in my leg sessions as some would know if you have followed my logs at all. Here is a breakdown of todays session:

Lunges (All bodyweight)

Reverse - 2 minutes alternating legs x 3
Forward - 2 minutes alternating Legs x 3
Walking Lunges (60 Metres) x 2

V Squats
Set 1 - 80kg x 15
Set 2 - 120kg x 10
Set 3 - 160kg x 8

Hamstring Curls (laying down)

Set 1 - 3rd of stack x 16
Set 2 - half stack x 10 (Squeezing and really slow with toes pointed inwards)
Set 3 - 3/4 Stack x 8 (Same as above but with toes pointed flat)

Seated Hamstring Curls

Set 1 - Half Stack x 15
Set - 3/4 Stack x 10 slowwwwww squueeeezeee

My last post went over my daily calorie and macro intake and that is what I follow and I am constantly changing up my meals as to not get bored and start eating rubbish again it works for me it may not for some others but I am eating very clean at the moment and my progress shows this.

TUESDAY LEGS

I have been back training upper body relatively hard again but due to my physical job my shoulder gets worn out easily and yesterday I did a Chest and Tri's session fairly lightly but HIGH volume im talking a non-stop session for about 30 mins (Gym was closing early haha) I did sets non-stop and rested maximum 15 seconds between sets and the pump was fuckin insaneeeee when I left the gym however...Shoulder came up pretty damn sore today. To be specific its my AC joint that gives me alot of issues its an old fighting injury.

SO instead of training Back and Bi's today I did a quick Leg session. I do alot of bodyweight lunges in my leg sessions as some would know if you have followed my logs at all. Here is a breakdown of todays session:

Lunges (All bodyweight)

Reverse - 2 minutes alternating legs x 3
Forward - 2 minutes alternating Legs x 3
Walking Lunges (60 Metres) x 2

V Squats
Set 1 - 80kg x 15
Set 2 - 120kg x 10
Set 3 - 160kg x 8

Hamstring Curls (laying down)

Set 1 - 3rd of stack x 16
Set 2 - half stack x 10 (Squeezing and really slow with toes pointed inwards)
Set 3 - 3/4 Stack x 8 (Same as above but with toes pointed flat)

Seated Hamstring Curls

Set 1 - Half Stack x 15
Set - 3/4 Stack x 10 slowwwwww squueeeezeee
Set 3 - Half Stack x 12 slowww as fuckkkkkk (burnt my shit up real good)

Leg Extensions

Set 1 - Half Stack x 14
Set 2 - Full Stack x 10 Squeeeze that shitttt right at the top
Set 3 - Half Stack x 8 Legs shaking like a fkn leaf on this one

Standing Calf Raises

Set 1 x 100kg x 12
Set 2 x 140kg x 8
Set 3 x 120kg x 10

My boy GENTEX has definitely hooked it up in what he has sent especially the Anavar im loving it bro its high quality var in little 50mg tabs who wouldnt fkn love that!!
My pumps are insane and my veins are popping I feel like I have put on a bit of size in my shoulder region which is ironic given I have a shoulder injury haha. My Legs though damnnnn I wish I could have kept the pump I got today from my leg session they looked crazyy veins in my calves and shit.
