Back on the Grind after a little break resting my shoulder and going light in the gym.
Im happy to announce that I have earned a spot on the GENTEX team and so now will be representing @GENTEXLaboratories !!!!

Im along side some solid crew members on the @GENTEXLaboratories team and I am wrapped to be working with some more quality products and seeing how far I can push myself and gain.

STATS
Weighing in just 3 weeks ago I sat at 107kg... I am now 98Kg and looking much leaner and more vascular!!!
This is a huge deal as I have not been under 100kgs in over 10 fkn years!
I put this down to a drastic cleaning up of my diet (part of the reason is my girl is an amazing cook and meal prepper)
I am consuming next to no sugar and have definitely cut down a lot of my eating and snacking during the late afternoon and night time.
My abs are showing a lot more and my veins are popping in the arms and starting to pop out in random places now such as my calves and delts so I am throwing a huge guess here but I estimate myself to be around 12-13% bodyfat at the moment.

DIET

As I have reached an acceptable and hard achieved body fat loss over the last few months (17kg loss), I now have a decent view of the actual lean muscle mass I have and although I am happy with most of the proportion and gains I have I still feel like I need to put on a lot more mass to be satisfied with my shape and look overall. So with that I have decided to opt out of my Cutting/Recomp phase and start to go into a nice lean bulk.
I am really dialed into the fact that I need to keep it as a LEAN bulk because now that I have stripped away the fat and finally feel and look good instead of just 'Big', I never want to be fat ever again so I really need to get my macros and calories on point to ensure I am putting on solid mass but keeping off water weight and fat as much as possible.

Here is what my numbers will look like starting from Monday onwards -

DAILY CALORIE INTAKE - 3800 Cals

PROTEIN -
285g
CARBS - 420g
FAT - 100g

My meals will be based on this macro and calorie intake and will change according to my appetite and taste :ROFLMAO:

TRAINING

As I have been going semi lightly I wont be posting today any of my vanilla sessions over the last couple weeks haha. However this is
my split and will stay the same for the foreseeable future until I feel like it isnt working anymore. I have an extremely physical job and I get around 20 thousand steps in every single day so please dont come at me for not adding cardio into my split lol.
Split is 2 Days on, 1 Day off

Day 1 -
BACK/BI's/REAR DELTS
Day 2 - CHEST/TRI's/FRONT DELTS
Day 3 -
Rest
Day 4 - LEGS/ABS/TRAPS
Day 5 - SHOULDERS/TRI's - Emphasis on side delts
