@Blackout- Sounds like you're managing the low-calorie days well, keeping energy up for workouts. Good volume and intensity on back and biceps, and the focus on cables and machines makes sense for constant tension. Keep monitoring how you respond to the compounds and adjust as needed. Today started off early as usual for me 5am wake up for work and full day at construction.
Im in a caloric deficit and so during the day at work im eating barely anything until i get home from work hit the gym and then eat alot of my calories after the gym at night. Works great for my body and im functioning really well energetically even with the low calorie intake at work.
Meal 1: 7am Protein shake (30g), Banana, protein bar (20g), black coffee, 600ml water
Meal 2: 9:30am Protein bar (20g) , black coffee
Meal 3: 1pm Protein Shake (30g), Apple, 600ml water
Meal 4: 5:30pm 1cup oats, 100ml lite milk
Preworkout: Double Black Coffee, 600ml Water
TRAIN 7:15 - 8:30pm
Meal 5: 9pm 350g Chicken breast, 1/2 cup of white rice, tiny bit of chipotle sauce, Protein Bar (20g)
Meal 6: 1/2 cup white rice, 190g Tuna, 600ml water
Before bed: Tablespoon of Peanut butter (Smooth of course)
After starting the Anavar and Proviron I have an immense amount of energy on very low carb intake especially during my workouts I am powering through.

Back/bi’s day I utilise mostly machine and cables for all my sets because I find the tension on the cables is consistent and works best to keep the back muscles working the entire time througout the set.
I am a big user of Machines and Cables in general and right now where I am focusing really on really exhausting the muscle and going to failure on almost every set, I find the machines to be alot better at keeping constant tension on the muscles.
Vitamins for the day include Magnesium, B6, Zinc and Vitamin C
Tomorrow is a new day and always looking to improve myself each day.

Ive been unwell this past week which is why I havent been active.
My appetite has increased massively this past week I think it is due to the EQ that I have added into the stack.
Current weight is 107kg, I started this cutting regime sitting at around 112kg so Im pretty happy with the weight loss as I feel i have kept most if not all of my lean mass and I have dropped water and fat.
VASCULARITY is insaneee at the moment particularly in my Bi’s and forearms it is crazy on a pump and even in the day you can see the veins. I think it could be the proviron and anavar drying me out but im loving the look, also my face has thinned out quite alot especially compared to a few months ago where I was running wet compounds such as NPP I had a very blown up face.
STRENGTH Gains are definitely there at the moment in my legs and chest most clearly.
MENTAL state over the last fortnight was absolutely thrashed and the culprit is of course the fucking tren what a surprise. Due to this I have dropped the tren Ace for the time being I think it is beneficial too have a break from the Tren for a few weeks at least and see how I go.
Feeling much better since dropping the tren its been almost a week now. My libido was shit house as well and Im getting better there too.

120kgs x 10 1 set, 120kgs x 8 2 sets
80kgs x 1 20 reps short bursts
Leg extensions
1 set x 110kgs - 12 reps squeezing at top
2 sets full stack (135kgs) - 10 solid reps
1 set x 75kg - 20 reps
Seated Leg Curls
2 sets x half stack - 12 reps
2 sets full stack - 8 reps then 6 reps pause and hit another 4
BW Walking lunges 60 metres x 3 sets
BW Lunges - 20 reps each leg x 2 sets
Hit Calves the day before in my shoulder session which was also fucking awesome I hit 70kgs plates each arm on the hammersmith seated shoulder press for like 8 reps which is a PR for me.
Strength gains are there but I am really not trying to push maximum weight consistently at the moment for 2 reasons, A - my goal is cutting and sculpting plus slow lean mass gains. B - Im trying to lower risk of injury.
I love bettering myself everyday and I am himble and open minded so hit me with advice on everything it is why Im here.
