Update:
Very strong and full looking at the moment, had the flu last week so missed out on 4 days of training but have been consistent this week since recovering. Jumped the food up alot this week, a lot more carbs feeling full of energy through the day and for each workout. definitely noticed a huge recomp from the start of this log and strength just keeps increasing each week

Food
Added a 7th meal into the diet and a lot more carbs bringing the total cals up to 4600 daily, 390P 320C and 175F. Feeling full and satisfied but not bloated, no digestion issues eating all good whole foods. eggs, chicken, red meat and whey making up the protein, oats, rice, sweet potato and potato for carbs, and butter, olive oil, MCT oil and peanut butter are primary sources of fat
