size is realUpdate: Added more carbs to the diet the last 2 weeks and consequently strength & energy are at an all time high. looking more rounded out and full each week and the scales are ticking up and up, abs are less prominent but that's the temporary sacrifice for these gains im very happy with. training has been consistent and food locked. starting to see some growth in the legs but not yet separatation
