Surgery is done. They cut the hole a little bigger so they could fit some mesh in properly.
Back home recovering.
Doctor has said:
Week 0 - 2: walking only
Week 2-4: add cardio back in, gently at first.
Week 4+: start weights again. Obviously ease into it, unilateral and light work. Nothing requiring abs or intra-abdominal pressure.
So not as bad as I thought, not ideal either. But at least I'll get a few sessions in before the wedding.
KLOW is on the way from a legends personal supply, continuing with gh and low test.
Might swap gh to 2.5iu morning 2.5iu night - will speak to my coach.
