I went to a wedding yesterday and failed to get any photos of the food unfortunately. Barramundi and Beef were the mains and I got to have both as the wife wasn't that hungry.

Today was a rest day from training but did an 800m swim and a 45 minute walk. Will do some stretching when the kids are finally asleep.

Yesterday was a quick quad session in the garage and a 30 minute HIIT peloton bike session.

Push day today with some calves thrown in at the end. I'm feeling as strong as I did when on my last cycle, so this little cruise on 200mg of @Raptor Labs test is certainly agreeing with me.

Evening all. Been a big week, our 10 month old has been in hospital all week on oxygen. Been going back and forth between there and home as still have two other kids to look after.

Haven't really had a chance to train meaningfully but trying to get some quick sessions in the garage before the kids get up and the odd session on the peloton bike after putting them to bed.
Keeping the diet strict and controlling what I can control.

Regarding the physique, feeling full of glycogen and quite pumped all the time in these warm hospital rooms so snuck in some pics in the rooms bathroom.

Dropped test down to 150mg week split into two 75mg shots and GH still 4iu every other day. Shout out to @Raptor Labs for helping maintain the physique. Pics below

Most of the meals I was eating last week while darting back and forth between home and hospital were plain and basic like the one below, chicken, rice and spinach. As mentioned, I tried to control the controllables like my diet and let the rest take care of itself.

Still riding this sore throat I've had since the little fella was in hospital and started to get a bit of cold chills at work today so immediately upon arriving home I pinned 300mg of @Raptor Labs glutathione and 2mg of TA1, and swallowed 4g of vitamin C, hoping that when I wake tomorrow I'm all good. We'll wait and see.
Training has been really solid still. Today was Back and Shoulders in the arvo and a 500m swim in the morning.

Thanks brother yeah on the rare occasion I'll superset a chest exercise followed immediately by a back exercise. 3 different chest and 3 different back exercises all supersetted makes for an insane pump

Haha yeah I'm finding the more tissue I'm putting on the harder it's becoming. No wonder you would struggle brother, you're built like a brick shithouse 💪
 
Been following this with interest—I'm on a somewhat similar setup (test + GH) and planning to run it a bit longer than usual. Energy and sleep definitely improved once I added GH, but it took a couple weeks to really feel it. Curious what dose you're running and how you're spacing it out? I’ve also been thinking about switching GH brands soon—looking into a few that seem more consistent lately.
