Friday April 25th

Happy ANZAC day everyone. I'm grateful for the men and women who have served and continue to serve so that we are afforded the life we have in this amazing country, best country in the world, Australia.

I went to a wedding yesterday and failed to get any photos of the food unfortunately. Barramundi and Beef were the mains and I got to have both as the wife wasn't that hungry.

Today was a rest day from training but did an 800m swim and a 45 minute walk. Will do some stretching when the kids are finally asleep.

Yesterday was a quick quad session in the garage and a 30 minute HIIT peloton bike session.

80kg X 15
100kg X 8 X 2 sets
Drop setting down again

12kg dumbbells X 10 each leg X 3 sets

Evening all. Been a big week, our 10 month old has been in hospital all week on oxygen. Been going back and forth between there and home as still have two other kids to look after.

Haven't really had a chance to train meaningfully but trying to get some quick sessions in the garage before the kids get up and the odd session on the peloton bike after putting them to bed.
Keeping the diet strict and controlling what I can control.

Regarding the physique, feeling full of glycogen and quite pumped all the time in these warm hospital rooms so snuck in some pics in the rooms bathroom.

Dropped test down to 150mg week split into two 75mg shots and GH still 4iu every other day. Shout out to @Raptor Labs for helping maintain the physique. Pics below
