Test Prop 12 Week Cycle Before & After Pics Log. 6 weeks in and holly shit, i think.

Do you think I should cut more or gain more?

Hey everyone,
After a long time researching and waiting to turn 21 I have started a 12 week cycle of only pure test prop.
I began at 165 and now I am at 176. Fat percentage from 18% to about as of now approx 15.5%.

12 week of pain-less test. Believe me it goes away. After 2 weeks.
100mg EOD X 12 weeks

Diet: 2,000 Calories
Mostly from Protein and Fat.
Low carbs: at 30 to 45.
Sucks but it has worked.

Cheat meals... shit... many of them I know I have been cheating too much but college and midterms and finals ... cause the cravings.

Workout:
M(Back & Biceps) T(Quads) W(Triceps & Shoulders) TH(Calves) F(Chest) S(Cross Fit) S(off)

Most give Thanks to the dudes who have helped me in the past by explaining the best way to go for my first cycle, including Guardian.

STATS:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8

nice looks like ur going well, what ur goals forthis cycle? u would now add winstrol ed for the last 6 weeks at 50mgs ed for a good hardning effect and goes well with test prop, and u could up the cardio bit more too

Yeah, I really dont have a goal at this point. I had the mindset to shed fat and maintain muscle but... at the 4th week my weight went up and fat went down. I am just letting the test do its thing with the program im following.

Nothing on my back or on my face.
The only thing is you get oily skin during the day you dont shoot.

Proactive will do. It really works.

Do you think at this point i could drop to at least 10% or 9%.... lol realistically?

maybe try throwing in Lipoflame and the best way to lose weight is to cut down calories by like 500 but still eating enough to not starve yourself anywhere from 500-1000 calorie drop is fine just dont' starve yourself to death. go for those healthy choice or smart choice whatever its called that you get at Wal*Mart. I think you'll be fine dropping 500 but go with Lipoflame and keep your calories the same first and if you don't notice anything significant in 2-3 weeks try lowering your caloric intake by 500. that is what i would do

I will look into lipoflame... I could easily cut down 500 calories...
