*Notes - physio visit today to sus out my knees. Been having issues with tender knees last couple of weeks and strength has drastically dropped on leg days so want to get it in check.
Stretches will now be added into my morning routine to fix up the ligaments that have tightened up on me. I've been pushing hard but not taking enough care of myself staying limber
